I was sat on my computer as I usually did in my dorm room contemplating a very very important decision. Halloween was coming, which is also me and y/n's anniversary as we met at a campus halloween party our first year and we've been together ever since. I adore her with all my heart and she's so sweet and cute I have to get her a good present this year I have a habit of Messing up when I get her gifts she always says she doesn't mind but still I wanna get her something nice something she will keep forever especially as we're moving in together after the holidays. So I was looking through the internet trying to find her a nice present.

"Buy her a dress" my roommate said from his bunk as he ate his bowl of popcorn.

"No. That seems like a bad idea"

"Why?"

"Would you buy your girlfriend a dress?"

"God know that's a horrific rabbit hole of stress"

"See. That and I don't know her sizes"

"Buy her shoes? Girls like shoes"

"Again rabbit hole and don't know her shoes size"

".... Girls like. Make up?"

"Uuuuhh... actually. She had this lipstick that she wears that she really likes she's mentioned it a few times to me I assume as hints" I explain having a search for it "got it! Ten pounds per lipstick!"

"Do it for love adam"

"For love. That's not including shipping"

"What colour are you gonna get her?"

"Uuuuuuuhh... what does she wear... I think she wears this one vampur, vampir, the blood red coloured one." I said adding it to the cart "oooohh it's three pounds to ship and it says it can be here by Thursday but I can't just buy her a lipstick for our anniversary"

"Buy her flowers and wine she'll be fine"

"Your no help Steve" I sighed "this website has alot of stuff that's her style thought."

"What goth chick?"

"She's not a goth chick"

"Isn't she? Last time she was here she has a black dress with flames around the bottom"

"She's not a goth chick. She's a wiccan"

"Fancy word for goth chick"

"She's alternative"

"She has halloween decorations as homewears"

"She's.... Spooky"

"She once said she wanted a pet bat"

"..... Fine. She's, a little gothic" I said "I can get her a cookie jar that says spell stuff. Or a handbag that shaped like a bat ehh I don't think she'd like any of this all that much"

"Why don't you just get her a teddy bear?"

"Yeah. She'd like a teddy bear" I said looking across the internet for a nice bear for her that wasn't just like a plain white bear and I almost fell of my chair on laugher seeing this little grey bear with fangs and a red cape to look like a vampire "I have found her a teddy bear"

"I wasn't aware they made goth bears?"

"Apparently they do. Actually let's search for gothic bears see what comes up" I said "ohhh my god there are so many. This is a rabbit with three eyes, a unicorn skeleton, a cthulhu!"

"A what?"

"A cthulhu. It's a plush toy or cthulhu"

"Now. The internet just like knows your girlfriend"
