"Why does school need to start so earlyyyyyyy..."

You groaned. Kuroshiro smiled, following behind you. "We have no choice, (y/n)." He chuckled, patting your head. You turned to him, and as if an energizer, his smile washed off the laziness you had... And smiled back brightly. "Hai..."

Kuroshiro's face turned red, and he looked forward. Azamuku. A deceit. A deceiver. Someone who lies. And makes everyone believe in it.

"I'm such a large idiot." He thought. "I'm lying to myself... I love (y/n), and I know that... But..." He frowned.

"She clearly doesn't love me back."

You noticed his frown. What's wrong....? Worried, you stopped, taking his hand. "Kuroshiro ? You okay ?"

He blinked, and looked up, before nodding with a smile. "Mhmm~!"

"Another great lie." You and him thought in unison, but never knew.

"...Okay." You smiled.

You both continued to walk. He was silent... But you didn't bother to ask.

[Kuroshiro's POV]

"You lied... Again."

As if having another mind, my inner conscience said. I made a sigh. "(y/n) would worry so much."

"She's worrying so much already. Kuroshiro, you should stop."

"It's too late to stop now-the lies are piled up."

"Kuroshiro..."

I sighed. Of all skills, lying is my specialty. I'm such a fool, aren't I ? (y/n) trusts me so much and tells everything, but all I do is lie. Lie. Lie.

But anyways... I still want to have dinner with her ! Just... A friendly one... I saved up money for it ! I hope (y/n) likes it-cause none of us can cook perfectly.

"Hey (y/n) !" Blackstar ran to us. (y/n) blinked, and smiled. "Hi !" She said with a warm voice. That voice... Have you guys heard of a soft, piano piece ?

That'll be her voice. For me, of course.

"So, Kuroshiro-kun, can I go with Blackstar for lunch today ? We've been teamed up for the report and we're in a hurry." (y/n) groaned. "This guy wasn't done with his part yet and he just said he needed help."

"Hey ! It's not my fault-I don't even know how Tsubaki understood Stein's stuff ! I mean-she just gave me papers and said it was my report, so I took it ! I don't know what it says !" Blackstar said with a huff. (y/n) groaned, hitting his head. "Ugh ! You're bad luck. Damn it. See ya later, Kuroshiro !" (y/n) messed with my hair and ran off, dragging Blackstar by pinching his ear.

I kept my sweet smile, watching them leave. I feel strange... There's a spark inside me. The spark made me angry... Is this a part of the snake thing...? I don't feel pain... So I'm sure it's not it.

I gripped my chest tightly. "What's this..."

"Kuroshiro-kun ?"

I turned, expecting (y/n), but I saw Tsubaki. She smiled at me, holding papers. "I did our report for us ! I knew you were stressed when you fainted... So I didn't really bother asking you." She patted my head. Wow, Tsubaki, thanks, but it's more worse...

"O-oh... Thank you..." I smiled, bowing to her. Tsubaki gasped, then shyly laughed. "No need for that !"

I looked at her, and chuckled. "Since you did it for me-and I don't even know-I'll go treat you lunch ! (y/n)'s not eating with me today, anyway..."

"Oh ? Well... Sure... But... Who's she eating with ?"

"Blackstar."

Oops. I think I said his name bitterly. First, my chest, then the sparks, and now... My voice ? Ugh. (y/n), you're like a drug-I'm getting addicted.

A small grin grew in her face. "Don't worry. Blackstar doesn't steal weapons.

I chuckled. "I'm not jealous." I crossed my arms. Tsubaki laughed. "Indenial. You're just like Maka when I asked her if she loves Soul. Difference is, she's flustered." She shrugged. "And I didn't even say you were !"

I blinked, and rolled my eyes, fixing my glasses and grabbing her wrist (cause the only girl I hold hands with is (y/n)-chan). "Tch. Let's just go." I groaned, walking. Damn it, Tsubaki.
