"Kuroshiro !"

You yelled happily, pushing the door open. Kuroshiro was on the couch, curled up with a frown. This confused you. You placed your things down, and sighed. "...Kuroshiro ? What's wrong ?" You blinked. The said boy made a sigh.

"...Sorry... Uh... I'm just a bit... Dizzy again..." He mumbled as an answer. You sighed, sitting next to him. "What did you eat for lunch."

"...Pasta." He lied, sighing. He knew you would get angry, and worried.. So lies were better, right ?

He'll have to lie from now on, anyways.

"You know how to make pasta ?" You asked. Kuroshiro smiled. "Nope. Ordered." He chuckled, standing up. "...So... Shortcake ?" He asked, crossing his arms. You made a smile, taking a small box out of a paperbag. "Chocolates." You grinned. Kuroshiro grinned as well, taking the box and placing it down. "Thank you !" He giggled, hugging you tightly.

You smiled, and happily hugging him back. "Welcome ! Now, I bought pizza along cause I'm lazy to cook. I'm starving ! Let's go eat !" You laughed, pulling away and running to the kitchen.

Kuroshiro watched you, and smiled slightly. Your smile reminded him of what Medusa said... The kiss.

He blushed, and sighed. "It's the main reason why this is happening..." He thought, but shrugged, smiling. "...But I like it, though..."

"You like what ?" You asked, placing plates on the table. Kuroshiro blinked, and blushed, flustered. "A-ah, no ! Nothing !"

You furrowed your eyebrows, but laughed. "...Well then... Okay." You sat next to him, placing your elbow on his shoulder. "Well then, dinner time ! Shortcake's waiting."

Kuroshiro only stared at you as you ate, and smiled slightly. You turned to him, munching on the large bite of the pizza you took. "What ? Do I look funny ?"

"No... Not really... Just..." He chuckled, patting your head. "Continue eating."

"Well... Okay." You smiled. "Quick, before I eat everything without knowing !"

"Kuroshiro, look ! There's a dance next week !"

You happily pointed out to the flyer placed in the bulletin board. Kuroshiro made a smile. "Yeah... You planning to go ?" He asked. You gave a grin. "Of course !" You smiled at him. "I'll go look for a partner ! Well... You kind of don't know how to dance, right...?"

Kuroshiro blinked, and crossed his arms. "Of course I know how to dance !" He huffed. "I'll dance with you next monday, in that event !" He made a wide, proud grin. You made a laugh. "Oh sure." You smirked. Kuroshiro then blinked, and gasped. "So I'll be your partner ?!"

"Yep. Why not ? You're also my meister. The best meister in the whole world !" You laughed, patting his head. "Well then, I'll see you in class ! I'm sure you'd still buy your candies."

Kuroshiro was stunned, blinking repeatedly. "S-she..." He turned, watching his weapon run off happily, waving a bit at the people who greeted her.

"She... She's going with me..." Kuroshiro mumbled, starting to smile as he fisted his hands in excitement. Flashbacks of his fantasies of her, of you, dancing with him near the balcony, the moon shining bright and stars glimmering.

He squealed, and started spinning around like some fangirling idiot.

"She's dancing with me ! Woohoo !" He said in joy, grinning widely and celebrating, jumping around. "She's dancing with me~ Woohoo~!"

"Tarinai."

He blinked, and stopped, turning his head to the strict voice. Stein was watching him, hands in his lab coat pockets.

"...Uh... How long were you..."

"I've been here since you were talking to (y/n)." He made a teasing ":D" face, his glasses gleaming. "Oh, kids these days. The look you had in your eyes while staring at her... It's like she's some rainbow filled with candies and chocolates, and you're the kid."

"You're eavesdropping !" Kuroshiro yelled with a pout. Stein laughed. "You look like a lovesick nerd, dancing around like that. Pfft."

"Shut up !" Kuroshiro pouted more, grumbling. Stein then calmed down, clearing his throat. "Well... That's not actually why I'm here. I want to know something." He said, adjusting his glasses. Kuroshiro blinked. "And that's...?"

"Your soul. It doesn't have the snake now... But it has angel wings. Literal ones, not like the ones with grigori souls like Maka's." Stein gave a glare.

"What did you do with it, Tarinai ?"
