the siblings.

ever since the incident a few weeks ago, drew felt the need to protect the girl.

he didn't realize how much his heart would ache as he saw her in pain.

he knew he had to do his best to protect her, and so he did.

drew<3
hey, are you free today?
if so, i would like you to come to lunch with me and my siblings :).

athena
yeah of course :)

deep down athena was scared shitless, if she didn't leave a good impression drew's family would hate her.

athena had called the girls to come over. she wasn't sure if she could do this alone.

she had 3 hours to dress to impress, before she could stress out any more she heard a knock at the door.

opening the door to find madelyn, maddie and lilah before she let out a sigh of relief.

"so what are we stressed about?" madelyn said before wrapping her arms around the girl.

"drew invited me to lunch, with his siblings." she looked as all of the girls looked at her wide eyed.

"what?" athena asked confused.

"he's never let any of his girlfriends meet his family." maddie said before looking at the girls.

this had just made athena more nervous, though she couldn't help but blush.

he had never let his girlfriends meet his family, though she wasn't his girlfriend it still made her feel special.

as the girls helped her get ready they heard a knock at the door once again.

lilah ran out of the room, coming back a minute later with drew starkey.

at this point athena couldn't back out, she smiled at the boy before getting up to hug him.

the girls had looked at athena before leaving the room.

"athena, you look gorgeous." drew whispered in her ear.

athena didnt say anything but wrapped her arms around him once again.

"im nervous." athena blurted out.

"dont be, they have been dying to meet you."

quickly kissing the boys cheek before walking to her living room, leaving a wide eyed drew in her room.

on the way to the restaurant athena played with her rings while slightly bouncing her leg in anxiousness.

drew placed his hand on her knee  before quickly looking at her.

"you'll be okay."

she looked down before giving him a weak smile as they parked.

drew opened the door for athena as he grabbed her hand, leading her to the table his siblings sat at.

she looked at the starkey siblings before reaching to shake his brothers hand, slightly taken aback when he hugged her.

she hugged drews sisters before sitting down next to drew.

as they sat and talked the girls anxiety quickly went away.

the starkey siblings were all lovely people, and she was grateful that she had agreed to come along to the lunch.

after the lunch had ended the siblings stood outside of the restaurant  saying their final goodbyes.

drew brought his hands to athena's shoulders before looking her in the eyes.

"see, they loved you." he said quickly before wrapping his arms around her.

"i'm glad i came." the girl smiled.

"so am i." drew said before planting a kiss on the girls head.
