Izuku Yagi has a quirk, but everyone believed (Himself Included) that he didn't. While his parents and the world turns on him, very few stay by his side...
This is a somewhat OP Neglected Izuku story but beyond that it throws a majority of all those...
So this is why I put the Quirk ranks up. Right now imma say fuck you to normal op. Both will have a Entire Pocket Dimension because of Their Quirks. And Yes People are Included. They will literally be God for an Entire Dimension. They even have a throne world they can pull into the main universe. Both Izuku and Izumi rule Pocket Dimensions which are Twin Dimensions. I based this off of One For All and All For One Quirk based Mind Scapes.
