*I got another quick chapter out for yall tonight! Please excuse any mistakes*
Spencer James
"Nope. I ain't doin' it, Liv" Spencer continuously shook his head 'no'. "I ain't gettin' on no damn horse" He asserted as he pointed at the American Quarter horse.
"Come on, Spencer. This is our last day here in Malibu. Did you only plan for us to be laid up in the house?" Olivia questioned.
"Yeah, there's nothin' wrong wit' doin' nothin', Liv. We be so caught up in life, it's okay to enjoy stillness sometimes" Spencer answered and Olivia smiled.
"And though I think it's really sweet that you wanted me to join you to sit and do nothing, we're doing this whether you like it or not" Olivia kissed his cheek before she walked toward the riders.
"You lucky I like yo' cute ass" Spencer murmured to himself.
"What was that?" Olivia heard and turned back toward him.
"I said you got a nice ass" Spencer said and Olivia rolled her eyes.
He exhaled deeply as he rubbed the back off his next. Spencer knew he was not getting out of horse riding and ultimately surrendered to Olivia's demand.
"Thank you" Olivia mouthed to him as he approached the riders.
Spencer wrapped his arms around Olivia as they watched the riders demonstrate how they would the horse. Spencer smirked as he watched Olivia haul herself onto the horse.
"You're so annoying" Olivia flipped him off as she knew his mind had been deep in the gutter.
Spencer hoisted himself up and sat on the saddle. For a brief moment, he sat motionless, attempting to catch his hitched breath. He smiled as he watched Olivia began to travel with her horse.
"Here goes nothin'" He whispered to himself as he held the two ropes from the horse's head.
Spencer panicked as he had difficulty with balance. Olivia noticed Spencer's panic and encouraged him to calm his nerves. The horse eventually relaxed into a stable walk, easing Spencer's anxiety.
"You're doing a great job, Spence!" Olivia reassured as she watched him from afar.
"I can't believe I'm actually doin' this shit!" Spencer smiled to himself, slightly enjoying the foreign activity.

"That wasn't too bad, right?" Olivia watched as Spencer disembarked from the horse saddle.
Their horse riding journey came to an end as the pair completed the trail. The two now stood in the dirt, observing the sunset ahead of them. The wind streamed their faces, dragging Olivia's curls away from her face.
"No it wasn't..." Spencer smiled as he approached Olivia, embracing her in a hug. "Thank you" He whispered in her ear as he pulled away from her. Olivia beamed with joy, grateful that he enjoyed himself.
"Can you take a picture of us please?" Olivia asked the rider as she pulled her phone out of her fanny pack. The rider agreed and Olivia gave the older man her phone.
Spencer stood behind Olivia and wrapped an arm around her waist. The rider took several pictures of the pair before he gave Olivia her phone back.
"These are nice" Olivia smiled as she showed Spencer the pictures. He smiled and wrapped an arm around her shoulder as he was fascinated by the crisp air and beautiful scenery.
"I ain't think you was finna come wit' me this weekend..." Spencer briefly paused. "But I'm glad you did" he continued, fixing his gaze on her.
"I'm glad I came too" Olivia smiled as she looked up at him.
"Let's get out of here" Spencer suggested and Olivia agreed.

"Damn" Spencer cursed to himself as Olivia came out of the bedroom dressed for their evening dinner date. "You fine as hell girl" Spencer stepped close to Olivia, causing her to blush. He gently placed his hands on her waist.
"I didn't think you owned a suit" Olivia chuckled as she fixed his tie. "You look handsome" She gazed as his lips and back into his eyes.
"We can skip straight to desert if you finna be lookin' at me like that" Spencer licked his lips and Olivia playfully rolled her eyes. "Let's get goin'" Spencer grabbed Olivia's hand and lead her outside of the home.
He opened the passenger door for Olivia before he entered the vehicle himself.
"You sure you wanna go to dinner?" Spencer jokingly asked as he glanced at her once more.
"Just drive" Olivia covered her blushed face as Spencer drove out of the driveway.
The young couple arrived at Nobu and the valet let them out of Spencer's vehicle. They both thanked the valet for their service as Spencer lead Olivia into the restaurant. The two were seated in their seats and prepared to order for the evening.
"Good evening, welcome to Nobu! Can I start you off with some drinks?" The waiter asked and pulled out their notepad.
"We'll have a bottle of Clicquot" Spencer said and the waiter took note of the order.
"That's a great choice! What are we celebrating tonight?" the waiter smiled at the young couple.
"This beautiful woman right here" Spencer pointed at Olivia and she instantly covered her face.
"That's wonderful! You two ready to order?" the waiter asked.
Spencer looked at Olivia and she nodded, indicating she was ready to order. Within fifteen minutes, the waiter arrived with their food. The two sat in comfortable silence as they began to consume their meals.
"What are some goals you have for yourself?" Olivia inquired after a few moments of silence.
"I hope to start my own business and make money the legal way" Spencer paused as he'd seen Olivia nod. "I hope to help the youth in my community. For them to not have them fall victim to the trap of gang bangin'. God willing" Spencer continued and Olivia offered him a small smile.
"That's wonderful, Spencer. I knew outside of that cold exterior you had heart in you" Olivia said and Spencer lightly chuckled. "I believe in you and would love to help you start" she persisted.
Spencer's eyes fluttered as he dazed at the woman in front of him.
"Why are you staring at me like that?" Olivia noticed the look in his eyes and could not hide her deep smile.
Spencer felt his body tingle as his heart pounded rapidly. He looked down at his food, hoping whatever he felt at the moment would subside.
"Is everything okay?" Olivia furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.
"Yeah...everything is great, Liv" Spencer nervously smiled as he took a sip of Clicquot. The fuck is goin' on right now? Spencer thought to himself.
"Spen-"
"I know this is the last thing you'd expect hearin' from me...but I'm in love with you" Spencer blurted out and Olivia widened her eyes.
"What?" Olivia let out the breath she'd been holding.
Spencer nodded as he took another sip of Clicquot.
"I know we talked about goin' slow but I had to let you know how I felt" Spencer continued. He'd been searching through Olivia's eyes for an answer since she'd been silent.
She took a few sips of Clicquot herself before she began to speak.
"I was honestly waiting on you to say something, Spencer..." She said as she placed her hands in his. "Because I feel the same way. I'm in love with you too" Olivia finished and this time it was Spencer's turn to widened his eyes.
