Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian Travel Back to the Past

Chapter 39

That night, Wei Wuxian stay awake to make Huaisang fan into a weapon. Something he can use to defend himself with. Since Huaisang can't use a sword, a fan is perfect for him.

"Wei Ying," Lan Wangji walk over to seat down next to Wei Wuxian.

"Is pass your bed time, Lan er gongzi," Wei Wuxian grinned at him. Lan Wangji can only sigh at his teasing.

"Why are you still awake?" Lan Wangji look down at the table, then at the fan in Wei Wuxian hand, "you can work on this tomorrow you know?"

"I know but there are other thing we has to do tomorrow too, so I want to work on Nie Xiong fan first. Lan Zhan, why don't you go back to sleep first? I will go to sleep once I am done here," Lan Wangji gave Wei Wuxian a kiss on his forehead, and then went back over to their bed.

In the morning, Wei Wuxian is still sleeping. Lan Wangji already awake, so he let Wei Wuxian sleep a little bit more before waking him up.

Lan Wangji take time to get change and ask the Nie maid to get their breakfast ready for them.

Around 12 in the afternoon that is when Wei Wuxian woke up. "Lan Zhan," he said in a sleepy voice. Lan Wangji look over to the bed, "Wei Ying, I got lunch ready. You miss breakfast."

"Chifeng Zun came to see if you are awake or not? He want to discuss something with us?" Wei Ying nodded his head, he got up, take a bath, and eat his lunch before heading to see Chifeng Zun and the other.

When Wei Wuxian is done with his lunch the two went to the meeting hall to talk with Nie Mingjue.

"Wei xiong, Wangji xiong," the two greeted the young master Nie back.

"Now since we are all here, let's get down to business." They all wait to see what is it that Nie Mingjue want to talk to them about.

"Hold on a second Chifeng Zun," Wei Wuxian got up, he went to put a silent spell on the door and window, this way no one from outside can listen onto their meeting.

"There, we can continue," he sit back down next to Lan Wangji.

"In this future vision of your , Wei gongzi, Wen Chao came to attack the Nie clan because we have the Yin Iron and Xue Yang.  Now that we have neither, what do you think they will do?" It is a good question coming from Nie Mingjue.

"Just to be cautious Chifeng Zun, I think we should still keep the plan going. Protect your home and your disciple. During indoctrination, the Wen attack the Nie clan while we are there. I still think that they will still try to attack our clan," Nie Mingjue agree to this.

"Right, since you brought your talisman I will ask my disciple to help you with putting it around the house," Wei Wuxian dismiss the silent spell, they all went out into the practice hall to gather the Nie disciple.

Once Nie Mingjue tell his disciple about Wei Wuxian plan, they all walk around with Wei Wuxian telling them where to put the talisman.

"Nie Xiong, here," Wei Wuxian gave the fan back to Nie Huaisang.

He start to explain to Nie Huaisang how to use it, "Put in a little bit of your spiritual energy," Huaisang did just that, the end of the fan came out. It was sharp like the tip,of the sword or a needle.

"Don't touch the tip of the needle, it is very poison. It will kill your enemy just in one minute. I think your brother can help you with it," Nie Huaisang put on a wide smile, "thank you Wei xiong!"

Wei Wuxian nodded his head, "I will head to the front now, I'm already have an idea on how to protect the Nie clan even more," so they all went towards the front gate of the Nie clan.
