Lisa and Jennie arrived at the restaurant to meet up with the Jisoo and Chaeyoung.
Lisa's still thinking on how she will tell Jennie that she will leave her for two months. She knows that Jennie hates being apart.
At the restaurant
Lisa's POV
Jennie and I arrived at the restaurant. Jisoo and Chaeyoung saw us entering the front door.
They waved at us, signaling us to proceed to their table.
To tell the truth, I still don't know how to tell Jennie that I need to leave her in two days. I know she will be hurt and who knows, she might even be mad at me for leaving her for two months.
Oh common, her birthday is in two weeks and I'll be gone for two months! Aish. I really don't know what to do.
Maybe I'll tell her when we go back to home tonight. Que sera sera. Come what may.
"Lili, are you okay?" Jennie snapped me back to my senses.
"Huh? Oh. Yes, babe. I was just thinking of something." I smiled.
"Hmm, what are you thinking?" she asked while giving me a curious face.
"Uhm, it's nothing, my baby. I'll tell you later when we get home ,arasso?" I answered.
"Oh. Okay." She said while pouting,
"Aigoo, Stop doing that. You're so cute when you do that. You're melting me." I giggled as I kissed her forehead.
"Let's go now to Jisoo and Caheng. They are waiting." I continued. She just nodded and I lead the way.
"Hey Buddy! Hello Nini! Oooohhhh. It rhymes. Hahaha." Jisoo greeted us. I gave her the who-told-you-to-call-her-Nini look.
She gulped as she realized the way I lookedat her.
"Oh. I-I m-mean Jendeukie. Hello, Jendeukie! Ehe." Jisoo said while scratching her head. Jennie laughed at Jisoo's action
"Oh sweetie. You stuttered. Are you feeling okay?" Chaeng asked her.
"Ye...yes darling." She replied.
Realizing the way I keep looking at Jisoo, Jennie pinched me.
"Ow! Why did you do that?" I whispered to her.
"You scared her!" she said as she pointed Jisoo.
"No, I did not!" I answered back.
"Yes, you did." She said as she walks toward the table and leaving me behind.
"Hi, Chu! Hi, Chaeng!" she greeted the two.
"Hey, Jen!" Chaeyoung answered.
Jennie sat facing Chaeyooung. I sat beside her facing Jisoo.
"You're dead." I mouthed to Jisoo. She gulped again. I tried my best to hold my laugh.
"Let's order now." Nini said while clapping her hands. She's so cute when she does that.
"Yeeees. I'm so hungry!" I replied.
We called the waiter and as expected, I ordered a LOT of food. Well, thanks to me being a lover of food.
While eating, Jennie is conversing with Chaeyoung while I keep talking to Jisoo about my meeting last night with the American investors.
I didn't want to talk about our French investors yet. Not now. Not with Jennie beside me. Do I know now how to tell her? Nope. Definitely not.
After a few minutes of chatting, Jennie and Chaeyoung excused themselves to go to the nearby shopping mall. Well, Jennie is really a fan of shopping. She could just go shopping for a whole day.
Jisoo and I were left in the restaurant while waiting for them to return.
"Have you told her?" Jisoo asked.
"Not yet. I still don't know how. Maybe tonight." I answered.
"Oh. Okay buddy. You better tell her soon. You'll be leaving in two days."
"I know. I know. I just hope she will not get mad." I sighed.
"Don't worry buddy. She can take it." Jisoo said while rubbing my back
"Hm, I hope so, Chu. I hope so." I said.
Jisoo and I continued our conversation. Most are about our business plans with the French investors. After a few hours, Jennie returned to the restaurant with Chaeng. But this time, she does not look happy. She had this mad and hurtful look on her face. I do not know what is wrong but I have a bad feeling about it.
She walked towards us. Her eyes glued on me and I was frozen. The next thing I know, I was shocked by her action.
