Summary: An enemy of peters finds old clips from his past the reveal the dark truth about peters past.

Chapter info: the avengers met Peter when he was 20 he's 25 in the present. I'm the clips he will be in his late teens so around 15-16-17

All the avengers are watching mean girls on the tv. Suddenly the tv turns black. "Tony what happened?" Steve asked "I don't fucking know." Tony said. The tv turns on to see a man on the tv. "Hello Avengers, I'm going to show you some clips of your beloved peter and his past. He ruined my life so why not ruin his." The man said smiling evilly. "Let's get started shall we." He said.

The screen turns in to show the first clip.

"Peter was an addict?" Nat says. "Why didn't he tell us?" Steve said. "It's obvious he didn't want us to look badly upon him." Tony said.

"The next video is peter high on pills and losing his shit" the man said.

"Omg, is that where Peter the scars on his hands from?" Wanda mentioned. Tony looks at her shocked. "Shit maybe"

"There's only 3 more videos people buckle up" the man said.

"Shit man, who is that girl?" Sam piped up.

"That girl, was his wife." He said

"What do you mean "was?" Bucky asked

"Well, Peter and Emily were doing heroin, they went to sleep and peter found her blue when he woke up so he took her to the hospital and had a breakdown. She died." The mystery man said. (Btw I know Emily didn't die when she overdosed but for the sake of the story she did)

"Fucking hell, poor kid." Bruce said.

"How about I show you the clip instead." The man said smiling.

"He looked so broken, I couldn't even imagine what he went through when she passed." Wanda said with tears brimming her eyes. Everyone nodded slowly agreeing with her.

"This is the last video I will be showing you.

Before the avengers even got a chance to react peter walks out of the elevator on his phone. "Hey guys what's up." He says cheery. "What are you guys looking at me like that." He says grabbing some cereal. "Hey peter can I see your hand?" Wanda asks. Peter walks over to her giving her his hand. "Other one" peter switches his phone to the other hand and gives it to Wanda. "Did you get these from punching a mirror?" She asks. Peter looks are her dead in the eyes with a cold look. His smile gone completely. "Have you been in my head again because I swear to fucking god wanda-"

"She wasn't in your head Pete, but we're you an addict?" Natasha questions. Peter swallows hard. "Where did you find this out." Peter stammered. "It just showed up on the tv, a bunch of clips of you robbing banks, meltdowns, doing drugs, pills." Tony said. Peter blinked away tears in his eyes. "Peter are you still using drugs?" Steve asks. Peter snaps his head towards him. "N-no of course not. I-I've been clean for over 8 years I promise, you can do tests or, or search me if you don't believe m-me. Like I went to jail and went to rehab. I promise I-" Bruce cuts peter off. "It's okay peter we believe you." Peter nods and looks at his watch. "Well uh, I'm going to cut this visit short... I'm sorry." Peter said walking out. "Before you guys get mad at me I just wanna chec, Friday how long has Peter been clean for?" Tony asks. Everyone looks at him with anger. They didn't take peters word for it. He should have believed peter. "Peter has been clean for 8 years and 11 months." "Okay, okay I believe him now." Tony said. "You should have believed his word not what Friday said." Nat said walking out. Everyone agreed and glared at tony while walking out. Once everyone put Tony just rolls his eyes. "Pussies"he said walking to his lab.
