Tony is dead in future peters timeline and Tony's alive in old peters timeline, so it Nat. Everyone else is in their normal timelines like Loki and the TVA, Clint and Kate with yelena ect. But everyone in past peters timeline are still how they were. Like Thor and Bruce are still in Sakaar etc. I hope that makes sense 😭

2024 Peter pov:

Currently I'm fighting he green goblin, he killed May so I'm getting my revenge wether people like it or not.

No one's pov

The avengers were doin their own thing. Tony in the lab, pepper was in a meeting, Clint was on house arrest, Scott was as well, Nat was in Norway hiding from Ross after the accords, Peter just got home after losing the Spider-Man suit, Wanda was in Scotland with vision, Bucky was about to go into cyro freeze, Steve was with him, Mj was drawing people in crisis, Ned was playing with legos, T'challa was in wakanda and Rhodey was doing physical therapy.

Suddenly everything became blurry and they were all in a cinema, with no exits in sight.

Tony's pov:

I wake up to see myself in a cinema? I look around and see all of team cap, as well as the kid and his nerdy and scary friend. I cant help but roll my eyes at cap. It was always 'you'll never be like Captain America' or 'you're worthless Tony, why can't you be more like Steve. He's the son I wish I had' Steve will never understand. I look to my left to see Natasha gaining conscious.

Nats pov:
I slowly open my eyes to see I'm not in my car anymore. I just picked up my groceries and was about to go back to my camper. I look over to see Tony looking right back at me.

"Tony?" I mutter

"Hey Nat"

I look around more to see no exits but I see three kids? And the rest of the avengers.

No one's pov

Eventually everyone had woken up. Peter Ned and Mj were talking in their own group while tony and Steve argued for a while. Then Nat brown it up.

"Hello"

Everyone jumps at the voice

"We'll I brought you guys all here so you can watch our beloved peter Parker fight someone as it's happening live right now into the future."

"Peter?" Tony questions

"Yes, Peter. I do want to say that this fight takes place in 2024. And will be live in approximately 5 minutes, so please find your seats with your name and sit down for the fight."
