Benjamin and Elliot Gavrin would be the last people to say they had the hardest lives in the history of the world, after all, living in rural-suburb Litchfield with both their parents Arthur and Jeonga, and having their schoolmates, friends like Mic...
Robo, Elliot and Ben Gavrin, and Caitriona Rossi (Caitriona was brought in by Robo) were walking down the street near Robo's Recycling and Scrap and Store.
Robo: Mmm. What's that?
They look at what appears to be a 2 story apartment building. There were 4 doors on the ground floor, and 4 doors on the second floor, which have stairways to help you get up to them.

Elliot: It looks like an apartment building.
Robo: Wanna go check it out?
Caitriona and Elliot: Sure.
Robo, Caitriona, and Elliot walk in, Ben ponders, then follows.
They looked inside the rooms (not even apartments).
Ben: Wow!!
Elliot: (sees a light switch and turns it on) Oh, the light still works.
The other 3 also turned the lights on in their rooms.
Ben: These are just rooms, not apartments.
Caitriona: Anything in here?
They looked in all the rooms. They also turned all the lights on.
Ben: Nothing in those rooms, but a bed. Oh, and a window with blinds. What about the other rooms?
Caitriona: Nope, nothing but a bed and window.
Robo: No, didn't find anything else.
Elliot: Nope, nothing.
Robo: Huh, well I guess there's nothing in here.
They left the building and continued walking down the street when they spotted an old windmill.

They looked inside... but there was nothing in it but a bed-like figure.
(They proceed to continue going down the street)
Caitriona: (pointing to the windmill) I think it's just there for show.
Robo: I think they have potential though.
Elliot: What, the building and the windmill?
Robo: Yes.
Later Elliot and Bens' parents Arthur Gavrin and Jeonga Gavrin found out (after Elliot told them about it), and Robo asked Laurentius, who also found out, no one owns the apartment building or the windmill, they had been completely abandoned for 3 weeks by now.
As such, Elliot and Caitriona (along with Jonny 2 × 4, Plank, Jimmy, Sarah, Rolf, Kevin, and Nazz, who were also interested in the building, Elliot and Caitriona didn't care, they only needed the one room each, and they would only be sleeping for only one night, for now at least) slept in the rooms and Ben slept in the windmill's base. The Gavrin brothers and Caitriona had their parents permission, given that Robo and Laurentius were nearby, and the 6 kids' parents were also away on business trips for a while, like they frequently were.
7:30 am the next day
Robo: (standing 650 feet outside the building) Aw, they're sleeping! How peaceful. (pulls out and honks an air horn) Time to wake up!!!
They all agreed to sleep at the apartment and windmill on occasion.
