**Hi my dear readers! This chapter is special to me because I extracted this from the very first lemon of Vegeta I posted here about five years ago. This is also the TENTH official chapter of this collection! I'm very proud of myself for pushing this collection this far. I've revamped the story and hopefully, you will enjoy it.**
Walking towards Capsule Corp on the perfectly mowed green grasses, you admired the blue and clear sky above. The breeze provided a lovely touch to the gentle sun kisses. Today added to the little list of days that you could consider to be blissful, perfect even. It had been a year since the defeat of Frieza and everyone was where they were supposed to be. Sure, there was the small but alarming impending doom of the mysterious Androids that are supposed to pop up in a few years. But other than that, all was well.
You had been training with the Z fighters off and on. This month was Vegeta's turn to spar and train you. However, today was your day off, and you planned to utilize this day to the fullest before you jumped back into training the next day.
The rhythm of your shoes made on the concrete captured all of your attention for a brief moment. You reached out to open the front door when a ki blast nearly hit you in the face. You deflected it just in time for it to not crash into the building. You turned around to see the former Prince Vegeta's gaze burning into you with his hand preparing another blast. You scoffed at him but lifted the corner of your mouth.
"You know, this is starting to get very old," you commented. Vegeta scowled at you. "You have a whole room- no, a whole ship to do all of that in." You waved your finger towards the gravity chamber to the side. Vegeta simply furrowed his eyebrows but he rested his arm.
You always liked to poke the Prince's buttons like his soon-to-be girlfriend. The man had anger issues when you first met him, but you both could never reach the point where he would beat you or her into a pulp. It was amazing really: his growth and drive, but the man had nothing more to his personality than his pride and anger. He needed more work.
The door opened and revealed the smart and beautiful Bulma Briefs. She looked behind you and frowned at Vegeta.
"You've got to get a better personality. There's not even a reason to be so bitter right now," She turned to you and guided you inside the building. Vegeta scoffed at both of you. "Dinner will be ready around seven," she noted before shutting the door behind her.
"He knows it's my day off right?" You questioned.
"Probably. But you know he chooses what he wants to hear." You hummed in agreement but rolled your eyes.
You soon left to go to the lounge room to find something to do. You couldn't decide between reading or playing video games or just browsing the internet. It was only noon, so you were sure there was plenty of time to do all three.
Peaceful quietness later hung around the advertised soundproof room. You were reading this book called Pride and Prejudice. It was quite a different take on romance that you've been told orally. It was hard to follow but it was still intriguing nonetheless. Suddenly, you felt the room shake. You stretched your body towards the window and peered below it.
There was a hole on the side of the wall, parallel to another hole that was created on the wall of the gravity chamber. You cringed as you heard a grunt of frustration. You pressed your ear close to the window to hear the muffled words more clearly.
"You swear you're so strong but yet have demonstrated almost no self-control! There's no point in having one thing if you're not going to have the other!" Bulma shouted. "I mean, for fucks sake. You destroyed the gravity chamber again and nearly took the house with it!"
