There are many different people I thought about when writing this story. There are many reasons I wanted to write a story that was different than what I was used to and included people the correct way.
Firstly,
I'd like to dedicate this story to:The people who are confused about their sexuality and identity
To the people whose hometowns are never in the media
To the people who want someone to listen to them
To the people who love their family but feel held back by them
To the people who had only one parent raising them
To the people who wanted to be seen but weren't
To the people who have a less talked about label on a spectrum
To the people who walked behind their friends on sidewalks
To the people who have lost friends for some reason or no reason at all
To people in hot towns
To the people in cold towns
To the people who have disabled siblings
And finally,
To the young us who knew of matureness before we should have.
I dedicate this story to all of you!
I hope that you'll enjoy this story as much as I enjoyed writing it. You'll laugh a lot and learn a lot so I hope you're ready. With all of that said, I can't wait for you guys to get to know Somer and Oakley!
