Taismo and Sonamy: Hard times

Chapter 16

Everyone got shocked, Sonic asked: "What happened to the planet egg?"

Earthia answered: "I cannot sense it, this planet is going to die"

Sonic: "No wonder what happened, Lucas took it! What is he thinking to do?"

Earthia started to think, then she falled on the ground crying and saying: "No... not again"

Sonic, Amy and Cosmo got curious, they wanted to know more, Earthia explained: "He's going to evolve himself once again, he'll be once again Dark Oak"

They understood, Sonic immediately replied: "This time we must stop him NOW, before it's too late"

So Sonic, Amy and Earthia started searching for him, it didn't take much for them to find him.

Earthia started speaking with him: "Lucas, STOP"

Lucas already evolved himself in Dark Oak, he saw Earthia and reached her for a hug, but Earthia refused: "What are you doing? Give back the planet egg to the planet"

Dark Oak: "NO WAY, they stole us our daughter, they took something important from us, now I'm taking away something important from them"

Earthia: "Lucas, every plant in this planet will die, you cannot do this... is this what you actually want?"

Dark Oak didn't answer, so Earthia ended her speech saying: "Lucas, stop this foolishness now... as your wife, and as the representative of the seedrian race, I hereby command you to cease this foolishness and give back the planet egg to this planet"

Dark Oak: "No way, not until we'll be back home with our daughter"

Earthia: "This is not a deal, DO IT NOW!"

Dark Oak refused, so Earthia felt really sad, she almost started crying and said: "I actually believed *sniff* you were going to be a good man, *sniff* and a good husband, you... YOU MONSTER"

Dark Oak tried to calm her and said: "Honey, wait, you know the reason I'm doing it..."

Earthia understood what he was going to tell her, however she refused that and pushed him away saying: "THERE'S NO REASON IN THE UNIVERSE THAT SOMEONE SHOULD EVER TAKE A PLANET EGG"

Dark Oak tried once again to make her reason, but she got next to Sonic and said to Dark Oak: "I actually wished to live happily with you, but..." she made a little pause, then she ended: "You're under arrest Lucas, cease this foolishness and give up, or I'll be forced to use brute force"

Dark Oak couldn't believe what he was hearing from Earthia, he was doing everything for her and their family, so he got crazy and give the guilt to every animal in that world, so he started attacking them.

Meanwhile Cosmo got back inside Sonic and Amy's house knowing to find Tails and help him feeling better, probably Sonic and Amy were going to need his help, but she couldn't find him.

She got back outside and reached the others who were fighting Dark Oak, she got next to her mom and watched every single moment of the fight.

Sonic, Amy and Dark Oak had a short fight, Sonic and Amy had no chance against him, Dark Oak already won the fight.

But they bought some time, Knucles and Rouge got there in time and helped them fighting, Knucles brought to Sonic all the remaining 6 chaos emeralds (Sonic already had one).

Sonic immediately felt the full power inside and became Super Sonic, Amy got next him and felt the same power, she transformed too in Super Amy.

So an intense fight started, it was hard for Amy to fight since it was her first time in super form.

They had a really hard fight with Dark Oak, Sadly they were still in trouble since they didn't fight any villain for so much time.

Not only this, Amy wasn't coordinating good with Sonic, so they ended up on hitting eachother sometimes.

Eventually our heroes lost the fight once again, Dark Oak was unstoppable.

They lost the chaos emeralds and Amy got hurted, she couldn't move and she had a leg trapped in a root, Sonic felt the need to help her.

Dark Oak wanted to kill her, so he started walking to her, he was happy he was going to have his revenge, but Sonic couldn't allow it.

He tried to block Dark Oak with an assault, but Dark Oak repelled him easily, so Sonic placed himself in front of Amy, going to protect her as a human shield.

Amy said: "Sonic, this won't stop him, run, you must live, you can defeat him, think to all the races in the universe, you must do it for them."

Sonic turned himself to Amy, gave her a hug and said: "Amy, I'm not going to leave you, no matter what, I don't care about the Universe, I only care for you".

Amy was crying, she was happy to hear that Sonic loved her so much, but everything was going to end in ruin, she couldn't accept that.

Dark Oak started to give them the final blow, Sonic hugged her really tight, they closed their eyes, knowing it was going to be the end for them.

The wait for the final blow was killing them, but it never happened, they thought that something was wrong, so they checked and asked: "What's happening?"

Dark Oak was there, he couldn't move and the planet was kinda eating him alive, nobody could understand what was happening.

Whatever was happening, they were glad that Dark Oak was going to lose the fight, Sonic wanted to understand what was happening, but he refused to abandon Amy, he managed to free her, he took her in his arms and looked all around himself.

He saw that Tails was working on a machine next to his house, Sonic walked next to him and asked: "Tails... did you...?"

Tails nodded, knowing what Sonic was going to ask him, Sonic asked him more, but Tails didn't answer, instead he kept working on that machine.

Eventually Dark Oak got eaten alive from the planet, the planet egg got back to the world and the life got back to the planet.

Sadly Tails was still feeling bad, he gave a crude look to everyone there and got inside his house without saying a word.

Cosmo saw him going away and tried to reach him, but he locked his door when he got back inside.

They couldn't joy of their victory, since Tails got away that way.

Earthia was feeling bad, she wanted Lucas to be alive and be a good man, but that wasn't possible, she falled to her knees and started crying.

Cosmo noticed that and, since she couldn't go for Tails, decided to give a hug to her mom, that made her feel better, Earthia said: "Don't worry honey, I'll feel better in a few days"

Cosmo was glad to hear that, then she asked: "Now what do we do?"

Earthia looked her eyes and said: "Cosmo... I think..."

Cosmo blocked her and said: "I don't want to leave, I want to stay here"

Earthia: "Cosmo, I think that you should come back with us... there are many seedrians in our world, I'm sure you'll be really happy with people like you..."

Cosmo didn't like it, but Earthia concluded saying: "Make your final choice Cosmo, come with me or stay here."

Cosmo was very happy to hear that, she answered with no doubts: "I'll stay here mom, I love this planet"

Earthia asked her looking at Tails' house: "Are you sure Cosmo?"

Cosmo looked the same way Earthia did and understood what she was thinking, then Cosmo asked: "How much time can you stay here?"

Earthia answered that she had to leave the fastest possible, so Cosmo had to make her choice fast, Cosmo touched her heart and answered: "I'll stay here mom"

Earthia was proud of her, she gave Cosmo a nice long hug, then she whispered something in her ear.

After a while Earthia broke the hug and took Galaxina with her inside the spaceship they called a few days ago.

However Galaxina got free of Earthia's hold and ran to Cosmo to say farewell with a nice hug, when they broke it Earthia and Galaxina got inside the ship and left, leaving Cosmo on Mobius.

Cosmo was fought inside, she was happy that she could stay on Mobius, but she wanted her family with her, she knew that she did the right choice and that everything eventually will be fixed.

However she was feeling bad too, Tails worked so much for her and now she has nothing.
