I'm watching over the pair of socks I've put near the window so Santa Claus can easily put his gift inside it aside from going through the chimney. Besides, our house doesn't have chimney unlike other foreign countries hehe.

I heard the door clicking and I knew who doesn't know how to knock in this house. None other than my naughty sister, Sohee.

She's a bothersome, ain't she?

"Yo, Ryujin-ah!" Sohee arrives, panting, hands on her knees. "Let's get some gifts!" without further ado, she holds my hand to pull me with her. I didn't speak nor resist since I'm not that type. I think I'm what they call introvert. My sister is an extrovert for sure.

"Sohee, watch over your sister if you're gonna bring her out!" Mom shouted from the kitchen. From the sound of our feet, she knows that her older daughter is up to something already. That's the mother instinct too. My Daddy isn't here since he's going to buy the forgotten ones. I meant, the forgotten goods that Mom forgot to list down when we went shopping this morning.

My heart thumps the moment that the cold breeze of snowy season soothes to my skin despite of the thick jacket that I'm wearing. Oh no. I think not because of that. Maybe because I can see a cat from here, instead of a wagging tail, a waving pair of hands.

There's Sol which is my sister's biggest competitor. Perhaps—someone she wants to impress the most. I once read it in her own diary she didn't know I found.

"STUPID SOHEE-YAHHH!" Sol unnie shouts with both of her hands covering the side of her mouth, emitting an echo-like-sound.

Sohee pauses, I can hear her taking a deep breath before ruining my eardrums, "HOJUNG UGLY!" she screamed on top of her lungs. After letting go of my hand, she crouches down to grab a fistful of snow.

For all I know, the chaos began between Yeji's sister and mine. I steps on the side to avoid the tossing snowballs on the air. At the same time, my eyes averted at someone on the same side of my place. She's cheekily laughing while watching our sisters chaotic fight.

Looking at her...doesn't make me want to impress her...rather...

Nothing.

Diary, please stop putting pressure in me.

Just to watch over her I guess? I'm amazed. What do you call that? Am I whipped? Simping over someone? Is that the right term? I should search it in Webster's dictionary. My most trusted dictionary.

Ah! But 4 X chromosomes couldn't produce a baby.

I snapped out when my vision turned blank because of a sudden blink. The cold thing left my face burning hot and when I opened my eyes, I saw Yeji laughing at me, holding her tumtum with her right hand cupping a handful of snowball.

What should I do? Should I throw a snowball at her? What if I hit her?

That will obviously hurt her...

Why can't I move?

"Ryujin!"

That's Mom's voice.

"Your Dad wants to talk with you via phone call!"

I blinked twice and looked at someone in front of me. It's still Yeji. But Mom's calling me and I don't know what to do with her anyway.

I guess...

Bye-bye?

Okay buddy, this is what happened today. I was stuck at nowhere earlier. I don't know why.

By the way, I'll spend the rest of my break typing my written letters for you in my laptop. I ran to a digital diary. That would be better because writing is tiring and typing is better. Don't worry, I'll just make you better, you're still my dearest Diary.

I love youuu <3
