Chapter 4

~Y/n POV~

Alec stayed for a few more minutes to calm down. Eventually he left with a smile and a plate of day old cookies I made. I was thankful he never mentioned my wrists. I wasn't quite ready to talk about it. I walked upstairs to my room and as soon as a walked in, my phone buzzed.
I soon realized that I haven't been on my phone for like 3 hours. Was Alec over for that long? Who knows how many notifications I got.

Wait were we planning the trip today?

I grabbed my phone to see,

I didn't even bother reading them. I sat down at my desk and logged into Discord.
My mouse hovered over the join button. I debated clicking it, knowing they would be upset with me for just showing up unannounced and late. I bit my cheek and clicked.

Sapnaps voice exploded in my ears,
"-NAH. Eggs are better-"

Eggs? Ok.

The call grows quiet. I clear my throat,
"Hey guys"

No response. Not again. I'm done with all the tension.

"I'm sorry about being so late, I had something...unexpected come up. So can we just move on with this?"

Clay clears his throat, "Uh yeah, no problem. So guys what month is the best for you guys?" His voice is slurred and weak. And sounds like he hasn't slept in days.

A green border lights up around George's picture. "Um, either September or October. I pretty much free those months."

September was like in a week no way would I be able to get work off.

"Y/n? Is September okay?"

I let out a sigh, "Guys I said this before, college and my cat-"

I froze, I think I have someone to watch my cat...

"Y/n you good?"

I shake my head from my thoughts, "Uh I think I have an idea of someone who can watch my cat."

Sapnap laughs, "No way you made a friend within a day."

Dream cuts in trying to defend me, "Sapnap shut up, you haven't made a friend in- when did you meet Karl? Oh yeah a year ago." Energy slowly seeps into his voice.

(Ik I just made it up, don't kill me :)

The call explodes with laughter.

Sapnap, still sounding hurt, retorts, "I'm still not buying it."

"Well where do you think I was all day? Just ignoring your calls?"

Dream laughs and mumbles, "To be fair, that's something you would probably do."

"You can't be on Nicks side!" I exclaim. "Now I'm stuck with George!"

George makes an exaggerated gasp, "What's wrong with me? I literally have pretty privilege."

The three of us say in sync, "You're colourblind."

We burst into laughter once again.

George rolls his eyes in disappointment, but is still smiling, "You guys are such idiots"

Once our laughter comes to an end, Sapnap resurfaces the question, "So September?"

"Sure" George replied

Dream replies happily, "I'm down as long as
Y/n comes."

"Y/n?" Sapnap directs the question at me.

I let out an awkward giggle, "guys...college is still a thing..."
I could hear them all letting out disappointed sighs.

Dreams picture boarder lights up on discord, and you hear his keyboard clacking. I decide to change the subject...once again, "Clay? What are you typing?"

"Plane tickets"

Oooooooh YOOOOO! Dreamypoo buying plane tickets??? Wow what a sim-
Oop- Imma leave.
