Alcohol and the rain

Hope turns into despair
Laughter turned out to be whimper
Already knew that this is beyond fine
Cause what occured was too out of line

No matter how you tried to conceal it
The nightmare's still coming back like a stinking shit
Not an another story to unveil
Still the same, but feels more intense like hell

Snapping out of reverie
Wincing from the distress that's taking one's sanity
It felt like it's spring and she's a cosmos who only blooms at fall
Seems like she had more than enough, that she wouldn't even mind the taste of an alcohol

And over again, there comes the drizzle that soon turns into a downpour
Soaked with the rain outside a closed door
She's shaking, but there was no one out there
No umbrella can shield her from the rain, she can only deplore
