While reading at the page 414, her eyes suddenly formed in a shape of heart
Thinking that it'll be her favorite part
Her favorite page that she doesn't want to end
Its excerpts are as deep as the ocean but she can still manage to comprehend

Every story has its best part written in your favorite page
You'll yearn not to flip it so the page won't change
You'll read it over and over, not having the guts to move forward
Terrified that after rainbows and unicorns, there'll be havoc afterward

But every story always have their endings
So you must flip the page to another and face whatever it brings
Must accept that after happiness, there comes the tears
And after the chuckles, you can't prevent the whimpers

Nothing lasts forever
Even your favorite page won't last longer
You'll always move to the next page no matter how anxious you are to alter
Must face the blindsiding change of events cause you can't do anything to hinder

You're her favorite page, her favorite part, and favorite chapter
But it shouldn't be and must not stop there
Cause there's still remaining pages and chapters she must unravel
Must say goodbye to her favorite page and read the succeeding pages waiting for her

Maybe page 414 is a lesson to her
That her favorite page wasn't written for her to linger
And she must not attach herself to a certain page of a chapter
Cause in the first place, she already knew that she can't stay with that page forever

Instead of a certain page, a good novel she must find
A novel that she can always keep by her side
Unlike with your favorite page, your fave novel will never be left behind
And after reading other novels, your chosen favorite novel will always outstand
