The rest of the day I spent in solitary mixing herbs together to make certain medicines. I never once left my tent. I could bare the thought of everyone looking at me. Clarke and Octavia visited my quite a bit, bringing me food, and water. Octavia made sure that no guys came near the tent. The only guy I let come in was Monty, and that was because I needed his help, and I trusted the little asian boy.

We were mixing herbs not really talking, even though I knew Monty wanted to say something. His stare was piercing. "Stop staring and just say what you want to say." I finally said looking at him.

His face became flushed. "Sorry," He said. "It's just when Bellamy grabbed you. You zoned out for a moment. Like you were remembering something."

"I was, something I wish I didn't remember." I said crushing herbs together into a paste.

"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked.

"Talking about it won't change anything. It will only make you think less of me." I said pouring the paste into a jar.

"Echo, nothing you could ever say could change how I think of you." Monty said.

I looked at him and cocked my head in confusion. "And how do you think of me now?" I asked.

"Brave, strong, selfless, caring, a leader." The sides of my mouth twitched into a smile. "Echo, whatever happened on the Ark is over, were on earth now. And without you, Jasper would be dead, and whose to say the rest of us wouldn't be also."

I lifted my hand, wanting to put it on Monty's. I finally had the courage to do it. His hand was warm, and soft. It was comforting. My muscles relaxed. "Thank you, Monty" I said. Before I could say anything else I heard something. "Do you hear that?" I asked standing up. I ran outside the tent and looked up at the night sky.

Plummeting down was a pod of some sort. "Oh my god!" I said. It was from the Ark! "Bellamy! Get out here!" I yelled. I looked over to Bellamy's tent, and he came out shirtless. My chest did a few weird things. I had to tear my eyes away from his chest, as he walked up beside me, I took a step away from him. "There!" I pointed as the pod came closer to the ground.

"They're coming to help us." Jones said behind me. "Now we can can kick some grounder ass."

"Please tell me they brought down some shampoo." Said a girl. I looked over and saw there her and another girl had blankets wrapped around their naked bodies. I knew they had been with Bellamy. That just made me want to get away from Bellamy even more.

Just then I felt someone grab my arm. It was Octavia. She had a spark of excitement in her eyes. "What do you think is in there?" She asked.

"It's to small to be a drop ship, it probably has food, and hopefully medical supplies, god knows I need them." I said watching Bellamy walk off to his tent.

Octavia pulled me along after them, even though I didn't want to be anywhere near him. We walked in to see Bellamy putting on a shirt and talking with Miller, Jones and some other kid. "If it cleared the ridge, it' probably near the lake." Miller said.

"We should get moving, everyone's ready." Octavia said.

"No one's going anywhere." Bellamy said arms crossed. "Not while it's dark. It isn't safe. We'll head out a first light. Pass the word." Bellamy's bitches walked out leaving a stunned Octavia and I.

Bellamy was about to follow them, when I stepped in front of him making sure to keep my distance. "Everyone for 100 miles saw this thing come down." I said.

"What if the grounder get to it first?" Octavia said, as she said grounder I looked to the ground in unease. "Bell, we should go now."

"I said we wait until sunrise." With that he walked out.
