Chapter 10

Today marks the second week of Beomgyu's stay at Taehyun's residence. After that night he finally got off something of his chest, he felt different.

Unlike others who made efforts to avoid someone who they like, Beomgyu is opposite. He made sure that he let Taehyun aware that he's is special, that Beomgyu had grown to like him.

He made him breakfast even lunch if he isn't running late on his work and if he isn't on overtime, he'd also make dinner for him to which Taehyun were starting to get used to.

He would pleased Beomgyu to stay with him for the night by always pulling off that moue face that Beomgyu couldn't say no. They haven't done anything else, make out a little until they both fell asleep and though it may seem unlikely, Beomgyu was a bit sad.

This goes on for days until last night. Beomgyu had to cover a shift because one of the employees had an emergency and it was very late when he got home. To make up for it, he made sure to wake up a littler earlier despite having to sleep late the other night so he could make Taehyun's breakfast and lunch extra special.

He was giggling when he skipped from his little cabin and went straight to Taehyun's front door but he downhearted when the door was already locked.

It only means that Taehyun had already left. Beomgyu mean it when he says he wouldn't barged in into Taehyun premises even though that the two of them had became closer. He knows the password, of course Taehyun didn't forgot to mention it to him couple of times but he still he knows his boundaries.

He bit his lower lip trying not to tear up. Call him a baby, but he misses Taehyun and it wasn't even a day. He wasn't upset because Taehyun didn't wait for him or Taehyun didn't check on him. He was upset because why was he starting to feel dependent emotionally on Taehyun.

To cut it short, he was upset at himself. Why was he asking for more when he isn't sure what's going between the two of them? Yes, they kiss and do other things like couples do but there was never an assurance. There was never a verbal confession that he was significant to Taehyun like the guy to him.

All that matter is that Beomgyu was happy. He could never let go of this short lived bliss as of the moment.

He let out a long sigh after standing there for about five minutes. Deciding to bring the meal at work so he could share it to his co-workers instead of just sulking and wasting his efforts, he walked to work since he was up early.

"What's wrong with your face?" Jake, his co-worker asked him.

"Why? What's wrong with it?" Beomgyu replied a question, stopping so he could turn his attention to his Australian mate.

"You seem kinda off?" The boy said, Beomgyu finding it hard to understand since the boy himself isn't sure.

"Oh please, I've always been like this." Beomgyu replied rolling his eyes, trying to distract Jake.

You see, he may be very open to Taehyun but it isn't the case to everyone. It's hard for him to express what he truly feels that's why he always had this facade, an optimistic and care free young lad to which in reality was opposite. Taehyun was an exemption though.

Taehyun, Taehyun, Taehyun, it was just all over his head. He can't keep Taehyun out of his system. He's worried whether the guy had taken any meal or was he able to sleep properly.

He was worried sick about Taehyun's health than being concerned on his emotional state.

While Beomgyu was stressing over Taehyun, the boy was also fuming mad that he was almost seeing red. One of their brand partnership just backed out a day before the signing of contract.
