"What you got for me Alex?" you ask your disheveled assistant, your feet resting atop of the desk.
"The Queen-"
"Again? Boring, what else," you inquire, flicking open your switchblade and twirling it in your fingers. Alex starts listing off some of the jobs offers, you listening absent-mindedly.
"That's interesting," Alex stops, reading the name off the screen.
"What is?" you hop out of your seat, walking over to them.
"It's just, I wouldn't have expected to see this name on your list," they shrug their shoulders, handing you the touch-screen device.
"Oh, I'm definitely taking this one, get the jet ready," you order, smirking as you read the request. You walk down the corridor,
"On it boss," Alex responds, tapping away at the screen. They've been your assistant for five years, coming up on six, and is certainly the best one you've had.
"What would I do without you," you utter, grabbing your jacket from the coat hook.
"Probably perish in the fiery pits of hell," they quip, not even looking up as they continue typing.
"Ok, well that was meant to be rhetorical, but thanks," you answer back, stepping into the glass elevator.
"Anytime. The jet's ready, but there's no pilot available," Alex states as the elevator doors close.
"I guess I'm flying today," you sigh, Alex's head snapping up.
"Oh, please no. I still haven't recovered from the incident last year," they plead, looking at you with terrified eyes.
"Would you stop blabbering on about that, you lived to tell the tale didn't you?"
"Barely," Alex mumbles under their breath.

"Hey Stark," you say as the light switches on.
"AH," the billionaire screams, spotting you sitting on the living room couch.
"What the fuck Y/N, how did you get in here?" he inquires, and you point out to the helipad.
"You left that door open," you say bluntly, and stroll over to the bar, grabbing two glasses. You pour an even amount of scotch into each, and casually hand one to the confused man.
"But the security system should have-"
"I heard you were looking for me, and if there's one thing I know about you is that you wouldn't ask me for a favour unless it was something important," you interrupt him, and take a sip of your drink.
"We have a bit of a problem, with a certain known psychopath," he begins, swirling the liquid in his glass.
"I'm listening."
"He keeps managing to escape every prison we put him in, I thought if there's anyone who can contain him-"
"You want me to babysit, pfft," you scoff and roll your eyes, walking towards the helipad.
"One hundred million," he blurts out, and you turn your head back towards him.
"Make that two, and we have a deal," you hold out your hand, which he hesitantly shakes.
"Thank you Y/N," he says sternly.
"Anytime, I'll see you soon," you smirk, and run and leap off the helipad, deploying your hang glider and soaring off into the distance.
