Looking at your reflection in the cracked glass of the mirror, you fix your messy hair. At moments like this, you tend to hear his voice, but you don't this time. Somehow, you don't think you'll be hearing much from him again.

Realising that you've been gone for a while now, you re-enter Loki's room. The duvet is cast aside, but you can hear the tap running.

"Loki?" you call out, his footsteps reverberating off of the floor as he exits the bathroom.

"There you are, I was starting to think you weren't coming back," he strolls towards you, his now wet hair hanging loosely in his face.

You roll your eyes at him, "Do you have any sort of patience?"

"Not when it comes to you, darling," he whispers sweet-nothings in your ear, embracing you with one arm pulling your head into his chest, the other wrapped around your waist.

His hand trails from your waist to your ass, gripping it fervently which you shove away, "Was last night not enough to last you for a while?"

"I'm afraid it's only made me want you more," he says pleadingly, and you step away from him.

"Sorry, but I'm going to need some time to recover," you walk towards his wardrobe, still aching slightly, flicking through the abundance of formal clothes.

The sun shining in from the window seems to reflect off him perfectly, highlighting his sculpted features.

"Why do you look so good in the morning? It's not fair," your eyes setting back on him, holding a shirt of your choice up to his torso.

"It's a burden I've carried my whole life," he replies sarcastically, changing into the shirt, "You know, purple isn't really my colour."

"What do you mean? Everyone looks hot in a purple shirt," you scoff, adjusting his collar for him. Almost subconsciously, your hands move to his neck and pull him down into a gentle kiss.

Just as he starts to delve deeper into it, you back away. "Stop teasing me love," he says in a low growl, and you find a black jacket to go over it, handing it to him.

"Oh but it's so fun," you smirk up at him, sauntering out of the wardrobe.

He pulls you back by the waist, sending you into a fit of giggles as he lifts you off the ground and spins you.

"Hey, put me down," you demand. "Gladly," he tosses you onto the bed with ease, leaning over as you kiss each other through smiles.

"Brother?"

Simultaneously stopping, both your eyes widen in a mix of shock and panic. Loki instantly stands up while you tumble backwards falling to the floor and hiding behind the bed.

"Ahem, yes what is it?" Loki responds, you can tell without having to look at him that his face has flushed red with embarrassment.

"What do you mean what is it? You were just-"

"Doing absolutely nothing whatsoever, you saw nothing," Loki interrupts Thor, clearly trying to threaten him into to keeping, well, whatever this is a secret.

"I'll tell you what I can see, which is Y/N doing a terrible job at hiding over there." There isn't really any point in hiding now, and you stand up, abashed.

"By Odin's beard, are you two?" Thor looks slightly disgusted, but also pleased "I have to say, I saw this coming."

"Thor, you better not speak a word of this to anyone on the team. As far as they're concerned, Y/N and I barely even like each other."
