It's been a week since your birthday, and you've gone on two missions with Nat. You always seem to work best with her out of everyone on the team, so those assignments are always quite fast.
The last one was shutting down an illegal arms deal, which was just as dangerous as it sounds like it could be.
"I've got to say Nat, you were looking slow out there today," you tease, pulling off your goggles and putting them down on the counter.
"Really? Because I thought you were the one who got pinned down there by some thug for a while," she jokes back.
"Hey, he was weirdly strong," you pull down your mask as you grab two bottles of water from the fridge.
"Oh I'm sure he was." You toss her a bottle, grinning and shaking your head at her.
"Where is everyone?" you ask, glancing around the floor and not seeing any of your team members.
"Looking for someone in particular?" she questions in a suggestive tone.
"Loki and I are friends Nat, don't go insinuating something else," you say defensively, walking over to her and sitting on the sofa.
"I never said Loki," she smirks at you and you roll your eyes. You walked right into that one.
"Come on, I see the way you look at him, and don't think I didn't notice you come back with him wearing that," she points at the small amulet.
"It was a birthday present."
"Yeah, and I got you a gift card for Doordash. You see the difference there?" she raises her eyebrows at you.
"It's not like that-"
"Okay, then how about we all go out tonight, and you have to be his wingwoman. If it's 'not like that,' then go ahead, get him laid."
"Won't be a problem," you reply confidently. It's going to be a problem.

Scanning through your wardrobe, you try to find something to wear tonight. You find a dress that you haven't worn in forever, throwing it on quickly along with some red knee-high heeled boots and your trusty leather jacket.

"Geez, I'm coming," you open it, walking out with her.
"Just kidding, you're actually ready on time," she smiles to herself.
"Oh, so you think you're funny."
"Yeah, I do," she quips, making you giggle as you make your way downstairs with her.
"What's taking everyone so long?" Sam asks, clearly irritated by the delay.
You make your way over to the punctual team members, Sam and Steve. Clint's gone back to his family for the week, Tony is having dinner with Pepper, and Wanda and Vision are on a mission in Poland, so you're waiting on Bucky, Thor, Loki and Pietro.
