"Are you going to tell me where we're going?" you inquire, vexed by the god.

"No," he replies brusquely, "Actually, you reminded me of something."

He reaches into his pocket, taking out a blindfold.

"You're joking," you scoff, looking him up and down, he can't be serious.

"Nope," he ties it around your eyes, "And don't peek, I'll know."

The elevator dings, and he starts walking, not guiding you forward. You follow him, having to use your memory to make your way out of the building.

"This date isn't off to a great start Friggason-"

"Get rid of your attitude and maybe it would be," he retaliates, making you scoff.

"You know what-" you walk straight into the glass door, whacking your head off it.

Loki snickers, and you have to take a deep breath to recompose yourself. You can't help but smirk slightly, knowing how ridiculous you must look right now.

"What?" he teases, and you hear the door open in front of you.

You cross your arms, and take off the blindfold, "Loki."

"Oh don't be such a spoilsport, come on," he takes your hand, and you put the blindfold back on, letting him lead the way.

After a while of walking with him, he pulls you in, teleporting you to a different location.

"If you were just going to teleport us, what was the point of all that," you ask him, and he takes the blindfold off you.

"To throw you off the scent of course," he snaps his fingers, lighting up the dark area.

You look around the rooftop illuminated by candles, before turning back to him, now dressed in a suit, holding a bouquet of flowers.

"Well now I feel underdressed," you beam up at him as he hands you the gardenias.

"You could have at least gotten changed beforehand," he remarks sarcastically, leading you over to your chair and pulling it out for you.

You're dazed by the effort he went to, and even though it wasn't really your fault you were late, you can't help but feel bad that you didn't show up on time.

"I'm sorry I wasn't here sooner," you smile apologetically, as he sits down opposite you.

"You should be," he states sternly, before grinning at you.

You tut, "You drive me mad sometimes, you know."

"I'm the God of Mischief, I would be surprised if I didn't," he leans back in his chair, that stupidly attractive smile of his flustering you slightly.

'I can't wait to see how you screw up this one Y/N.'

Great, the moment you thought he'd finally gone away, he weasels his way back into your mind. He's not wrong either, you can't remember a relationship you've had that ever ended on good terms.

"Is something the matter?"

You're snapped out of your thoughts, glancing back up at Loki, who's brows are now furrowed in concern.

"Everything's fine-"

"What have I said about lying to me," he says in a softened tone.

'This reminds me of our first anniversary, I took you to Rome, we had dinner under the stars-"
