A/N Uhm sorry guys. This is just a special chapter I made to show my respect toward our lovely and kind Hide.

I don't know how I ended up here.

I just remember I was wandering around the street.

Then, I walked into a certain university campus.

There goes the bulletin board with various posters.

And there showed a poster of a missing student from this university.

A black haired male with an eyepatch on his left eye.

"Hey."

Here goes a blonde guy with a box of posters in his hands.

His smile is warm and cheerful.

"Uhmm...hi" I said, slightly nodded my head.

He took off the previous poster and starred at it.

"You know him?" He asked, eyes still on the poster

"Y-yeah...we met at Anteiku."

"Oh really? I like to go there too!" He said with a cheerful smile

He kept the old posters and put on some new one on it.

" Oh, by the way, I'm Hide." He turned around and offered his hand to me.

" It's (Y/N)." I said as I shooked his hand

Somehow, this guy makes me feel comfortable

"And this is my classroom!" He shouted as he slammed the door open happily

Hide showed me around the campus and introduced Nishiki and Kimi-san to me.

"And here was where I always sit...with him." He sighed as he placed his hand on the table.

"He must be reading books all the time."

"Yeah! He is a total bookworm!" He shouted in a cheerful tone

Hide brought me to the library and showed me some books.

"That guy really likes Takatsuki Sen's work. He had all her collections of novels!"

"Wow..."

We are now sitting on a bench and having some drinks.

"Do you know?" Hide said suddenly

"Hmm?"

"He has a habit of touching his chin when he is lying."

"Ehh!? Really?"

"Yeah!"

Hide is such a charming and cheerful guy that could make you laugh everytime.

We are now waiting for the bus at the bus stop. We had so much fun today.

"I wonder what is he doing now." Hide said with his eyes on the people along the street

"Hide..."

Hide must have missed him.

"He'll be back. I'm sure!" He said with the big smile on his face

I returned a smile to him without saying anything.

"I'll wait for him! Even though--"

The bus stopped in front of us in the next minute.

"I gotta go! Thanks for today, Hide!" I shouted as I hopped into the bus.

"Goodbye, (Y/N)-chan!" He waved at me.

I waved back at him as I sat down on a seat near the window.

Oh, wait.

What was he about to say just now...?

Hide's P.O.V

"Goodbye, (Y/N)-chan!" I waved at her.

I watched as the bus slowly moving further away til its out of my sight.

"I'll wait for you." I start to mumbled it myself unconsciously.

"Even though, you're already a Ghoul."

"Kaneki."

"Let's go home."
