Aditi's POV:
I woke up to the empty beds next to me that morning. Alia, Sharuk and Shanaya were gone. Where did they go without telling me? Or Aadhil?
I looked for him and found him in the farthest corner of the tent with a sleeping bag that was twice my size. Where do they buy these things? Are they especially made or something of sort?
Honestly, Aadhil and I got together very well. I still remember our first meet. Such an epic moment.
I decided to get back to sleep until these hooligans return. It's been like this since the very first day we met. They've been friends even before we all met and they were like a trio, that always stays together.
So, back to the epic moment. Aadhil was a total stranger when I approached him that day, back in college. I didn't know about him as I was the exchange student from Hyderabad. It seemed like they had this infamous gang who pranks others and make fun at their expense. I was trying to find my way to my hostel block in-campus when I saw him sitting near the fountain with a coke in his hand.
"Umm... excuse me?"
"Yes?" He seemed visibly disturbed, or let's say irritated, when I called him.
"Can you tell me where this place is?", I showed him my schedule which had the name on it.
"Oh, you mean this block?"
He motioned towards the building that was right in front of me, but the name was different.
"No, this is c3, I want to go to b1. Which way can I go?"
"Oh sorry, I'm new in here. Why don't to ask the people in there?" He pointed towards a door.
"They are like the new-student's council -in here, you can ask for help from them. I just came back from that office."
"Oh, thank you."
He seems nice. Not everyone is a nice person, Aditi. Don't believe them-just because one guy was being nice to you. I opened the door when a gang of guys came walking towards me with cigarette in their hands.
And that's when I knew this was Boys washroom. OMG!!.
I was so embarrassed. This Fucking Moron! How dare he!
I rushed out of there, my cheeks flushed when those boys started laughing at me when they realized I entered the wrong room. I saw him from here, where he was laughing his guts out. He is dead for sure. I stomped my way and didn't ask any questions.
*SLAP*
People around us threw some weird glances, and some had disgusting faces. The boys from the bathroom were his friends who were making fun of 'how he got slapped by a girl.' Suddenly, I wasn't the topic anymore.
I laughed, reminiscing about that day.
"What are you laughing about, chotu?"
"Oh shit, when did you even wake up?"
"Long back. I was watching you smile about something that was going on in your sparrow sized brain."
"I was thinking about the day we met, first- the day I got slapped by you."
I started laughing again.
"Oh, stop it already- it was just once."
"But you got used it to later on."
I laughed harder when his face fell.
"Yea, I have never been slapped by someone in my entire life- especially a girl. But since I met you, it's been my hobby."
