Sherlock didn't care about the many times he was referred to as a freak. It didn't bother him. Everyone was simply inferior to him and he was ahead of his time. He was used to the years of torment from his family and work "friends". So he simply, didn't care.
But there was someone who did. That someone was always listening. He heard every name fired at Sherlock and he was so close to losing it. And that man, was John Watson.
"You should stay clear of him. He's a total freak"
"Freak, someone's on the phone"
"Full on psychopath"
"Weirdo"
"He's such a freak"
"Ha- frea-"
BAM. Anderson was on the floor. It was so sudden, over half the people in the room didn't see what happened.
Turns out today was the day John Hamish Watson lost it. He punched Anderson right in the face.
"We're going" he said almost inaudibly.
He then grabbed Sherlocks hand and dragged him out of the crime scene they were investigating.
And Sherlock? Well...he was speechless.
