~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Shuichi trudged his way up the stairs to his room, exhausted after a long day at the supermarket. He fell face first into his bed; not even getting a moment to himself before he heard three desperate knocks at the door.

"Come in..." Shuichi yawned, trying his absolute hardest to stay conscious.

The door swung open, and in ran a small Kokichi, who was wearing a cardboard helmet and chest plate scribbled with metallic silver crayon, with a black and white cat footed onesie underneath.

"Oh, hello there- Kokichi?.." Shuichi sat up promptly and faced Kokichi, who had tears welling in his eyes.

"Monsta!! There's an ugwy monsta chasing mee!! You have to be a knight wif me so we can save the worrllddd!" Kokichi pleaded, giving Shuichi the infamous puppy eyes. Shuichi rose up from his bed with as much energy as he could muster and gave a sigh. "Alright little one, I'll *yawn* be a knight with you, though I can't garantee I'll stay awake though.."

Shuichi felt his mindset begin to regress upon accepting the little knight's quest. "Otay, come wiff me," Kokichi wiped his eyes and pointed out to the hallway, "but you must be quiet! Da monsta is wooking for us, and he wants to eat us!!" Shuichi peered out the door as well, where he saw Kaito wandering downstairs wearing a red dragon onesie and wielding a cardboard sword as well. 

"Come on, while he isn't wooking!.." Kokichi took Shuichi's hand and snuck to Kokichi's room, which had a piece of paper taped to the door that read "Armory" written haphazardly with blue crayon.

Kokichi opened the door and they both stepped inside. Shuichi's eyes lit up as soon as they met the pile of cardboard swords and helmets in the middle of the floor. His previous exaustion was no where to be seen, as he now had the mindset of small child who wanted to play.

"Otay, now choose some weapons an' armor so we can fight da evil monsta!" 

"Otay!" Shuichi nodded eagerly. Kokichi grabbed a sword and Shuichi suited up as well.

"Weady?" Kokichi asked Shuichi once they were done equiping their gear. Shuichi responded by holding his sword in the air. "Yea! Les' go!" Shuichi and Kokichi ran out of his room to see Kaito charging up the stairs towards them. "Not today, Kaito!" Shuichi declared as he pretended to hit Kaito in the side. "Give up stoopid Monsta! You're outnumbwered!" Kokichi followed, attempting to beat him as well.

Kaito doged every hit, until Shuichi came up from behind him and pretended to stab Kaito in the back, bending his sword's blade in the process. "Oh no, I've been defeated! You knights are just too good at your job!" Kaito dramatically flopped onto the carpet, sticking hs tongue out just enough to see it. 

"We won Shuu!!" They both rejoiced by dancing over Kaito's body. Kokichi squatted down and poked Kaito's shoulder, 

"Otay Kaitwo, you can get up now."

Kaito promptly sprung up and dusted himself off. "That was fun, but I gotta go now; have fun you two!" 

Kokichi and Shuichi did not like that answer. "Nooooo, play again!" They begged in unison, each hugging one of Kaito's legs with all their might.

"Sorry my dudes, but I've got things to do, now please let go of-" "Noooo!" They both interrupted. Kaito sighed, "Fine, one more game.." Shuichi and Kokichi both let go of his legs and jumped up, scrambling to get their things together as they prepared for another round.

OMG I'm shriveling this is so OOC it's not even funny. I wanted to write them as springy lil' toddlers but I don't think Shuichi quite fits the bill🤔🤔 I still think it's at least somewhat cute so that doesn't really matter.
