Elizabeth shot a fire ball at Rebecca, OUAT style.
Rebecca easily dodged it and grabbed her gun.
"You will be sorry you were even born," Rebecca snarled.
Elizabeth ran to avoid the red light shining on her, but it continued to follow her.
"Elizabeth!" April yelled.
Elizabeth continued running, going in circles around the parking lot. Rebecca's evil laugh filled her ears as the gun boomed.
"Elizabeth!"
Elizabeth crashed to the ground, yet she felt no pain.
"Elizabeth! Elizabeth!"
April shook her shoulders.
"Elizabeth!"
Suddenly, Elizabeth woke up. "What happened!"
"You were breathing deeply and thrashing around," April whispered. "Are you okay?"
"Yes. It was just Rebecca," Elizabeth explained. It had been two days since Rebecca had come to town, and neither side had made a move yet.
"I know you are worried, we all are, but you need to stay strong the most. Like it or not, you are the leader of this group. It may be a lot of oressure, but you need to handle it," April told.
"I don't want to handle it! I can't! It is driving me insane! Besides, isn't that what Rebecca wants?" Elizabeth exclaimed.
"Maybe, but you have her where you want her. You both are the leaders," April pointed out. "But we have something she doesn't. We have friendship. I'm not even sure if she knows what that word means. We also have magical piwers for Pete's sake!"
"And she has my dad," Elizabeth mumbled.
"Elizabeth, i know you aren't going to like it, but you need to call your mother and sister. They deserve to know," April murmered.
"What? No! They might come down here. I can't put them in danger!"
"Elizabeth! If you don't call them, i will," April said.
"Then i will stop you!"
"Then i will lock you in a closet!"
"Then i will break the lock with ice!"
"Then i will put a chair in front of thw door!"
"Then i will move it!"
April leaned close to Elizabeth and whispered in her ear, "then i will put so many pink, sparkly dresses into the room that you won't be able to escape."
"No! Not the pink, sparkly dresses!"
April nodded.
"Fine! I'll call my parents!"
"Good," April said in a cheery voice. "I'll get the phone."
"I hate you, i hate you, i love you, i hate you, don't do it, i need you, forget it i know you," Elizabeth sang.
"Stop singing If/Then and call your family!"
"But-"
"No but's. Here," April shove the phone into her hands.
"I'm not one for fortunes
Or wishing on a star
And I've studied all the stories
And what our chances are
Then my heart starts beating faster
And it makes this disaster worse by far
Still here I go," Elizabeth sang.
"I'm going to kill you if you do not stop singig If/Then," April muttered.
"No one mourns the Wicked!"
Elizabeth stopped after a glare from April.
"Fine, i'll call," Elizabeth dialed the number. After a couple of rings a woman not much younger than them answered.
"Hello?"
"Hey, Julia!"
"Sweet Oz! Elizabeth! I saw you on TV during the Super Bowl as Idina sang the National Anthem. I knew it had to be you, i mean, what other green people do we know! Oh, i'm at mom's house. I'll put you on soeaker phone!"
"Julia, calm down. I have something to tell you and mom."
"Okay. You are on speaker phone."
"Julia, mom, dad isn't dead."
"What?" They both exclaimed.
"Is he there?"
"Can we talk to him?"
"How is he?"
"I can't believe this!"
"Guys! Hold on! He, uh, he isn't here," Elizabeth began.
"Then where is he?" Their mother, Mary, wondered.
"He's with Rebecca."
The line went silent.
