Chapter Eighteen

(Rocky's POV)

I tensed as I heard Jason's tone when he spoke. Jason gestured for the two of us to follow him toward the sandy part of Long Island Sound. He sat down and we both followed his lead. I sat closest to the water and froze and unfroze it.
Leo tinkered with tin foil and a hammer. Jason cleared his throat and we both looked up, "I thought that maybe... Us three need to strategize for our quest." He explained.
I nodded and looked at him, "It's just like the old story." Leo looked at me, confused, "What old story?" I sighed and looked at both of them.
"Our father, Hephaestus, captured Hera in a golden throne and made her beg for her freedom. Since she was the one who tossed our father off Olympus because he was an ugly baby." I said, continuing to mess with the water.
Jason glanced at me, "Wasn't there another story of someone capturing Hera?" I nodded but before I got to say anything, Flame Boy interupted, "How do you know all this Mythology if you were on the run?" I gave him the 'Are-You-Really-An-Idiot' look.
"You know, little brother, there are such things as Libraries." I said. He glared, "We are twins, I am not younger than you." He stated. I nodded, "Technically you are because Mom had me first, then you came out. So." I stuck my tongue out as Jason facepalmed.
Jason raised both of his hands to stop us, "Anyway... Continue with the story, Rocky." He said and looked at me. "The other story is that a Giant King captured Hera. He wanted her as his Queen since he was the bane of Zeus. Since Hera didn't want to be his wife, he would use her power instead."
Jason and Leo took a minute for all that information to sink in. "So, This Giant King... What is his name?" I hesitated, "I don't think that's a good idea to say..." Leo looked at Jason, but Jason grabbed my hand gently, "Just say it." I looked down, "His name is... Porphyrion, The Giant King."

(Jason's POV)

I let that sink in as I held Rocky's hand. Porphyrion... That's who captured Hera. "So bascially all we gotta do is bust so lightning, fire, and elemental powers to save Hera. Piece of cake!" Leo exclaimed. "Yeah... Wait, elemental powers?" I asked just as Rocky smacked Leo. "Leonardo!" She glared.
"What?! You can do that!" Leo exclaimed while rubbing his head. I looked at Rocky, "You can use more than Ice?" I asked. She sighed and glared daggers at Leo, then nodded, "I was trained by the goddess of Magic herself." I looked at her, impressed, "Hecate?" She nodded.
I looked at the two of them, my hand was still in my pocket, where the picture of Thalia was in. "I have something I must show you two." I admitted.
Leo looked at me with a confused look while Rocky looked worried. I wonder if she thinks I remember an old girlfriend or something... Cause no. I don't.
I handed Rocky the photo of Thalia, "This is my sister, Thalia Grace." I said. I told them what Lupa the wolf told me, "You are the saving Grace." I finally finished. "So Hera left you enough memory to recognize your sister?" Rocky asked and I nodded, "I guess."
Leo looked at the photo, "So when do we get to meet your hot sister?" He asked. Rocky smacked him in the head hard and Leo cursed. I shook my head as he handed it back. Leo glared at Rocky and then tackled her.
I laughed as I saw those two wrestling in the sand. I shook my head as Leo was pinned by Rocky. I finally pulled them apart and we all laughed.
