(Jason's POV)
This is probably worse than Rocky's idea to tame Festus. Rocky tried stopping me, but I walked up to the horse. He looked at me with that get-too-close-I'll-fry-you look. I walked toward him slower, "Hi there. Don't worry, I won't hurt you." I said in a calm voice.
The horse reared up threateningly. It sent a shock of electricity at me and I dodged. He charged at me and I grabbed him by his mane. He reared again, trying to buck me off of him as I climbed onto him.
He kept trying to buck me off of him, like one of those wild rodeo bulls. Rocky tried helping me calm it down, but he shot electricity at her. She fell back into Leo. The Coach talked to it then at me, "His name is Tempest." I yelled at Coach, "Tell Tempest we need a ride to our destination!"
Coach talked to Tempest as he started to calm down a little bit, "He says that he can get us over there, son of Jupiter," Coach translated. "I would say the rest but that's a lot of swearing."
Rocky and Leo slowly came up nervously. Tempest glared at them, mostly Leo, and neighed loudly. Coach translated, "Children of Hephaestus, bah! Do I have to carry them too?" Coach patted the horse, "He swears alot. I like that!" Coach grinned.
Leo looked at me, "How is Tempest gonna carry all of us?" He asked. Rocky was looking through a small book, muttering. I raised an eyebrow, "Uh, Rocky, what are you doing?"
Her eyes glowed and turned blue, she muttered an incantation, then one of the clouds from above came down in the form of a chariot. Tempest reared up, but let the twins hook it up to him. Rocky looked normal again and smiled, "That's how, Leo." I smiled big at Rocky, who stood by my side.
I kissed her cheek and grabbed the reins. Thankfully, she installed a door so no one could fall out. We flew up and Tempest neighed. We flew over forests fast and many buildings. I think Tempest knew where we were headed cause he flew in that direction to the house. I hope I'm not leading my friends and girlfriend to their deaths.(Rocky's POV)
I held on to the sides of the chariot, terrified. One of my worst fears were heights. I'm terrified of heights. Leo helped me through heights when we were younger. Usually, I am fine, but when you're in a cloud chariot with a ticked off, swearing horse spirit, it'll freak you out.
Jason pointed out a beat-up old house. I knew this was Lupa's house. The main reason was cause you can see the fighting going on below. I saw the Hunters and Lupa's wolves, fighting the Giant's army back. There were cyclopes, centaurs, and other monsters down below, not like the ones at Camp.
The temperature dropped instantly as Jason tried steering us away from the storm. He tried landing us, but a lightning bolt hit the chariot. Fortunately, we were close to the ground. Unfortunately, it wasn't a soft landing.
We landed hard close to the house. Thalia saw us and pulled all of us into the house, where we saw a dirt mount. Next to the mount was a dirt cage. In the cage, was the goddess of marriage, Hera, her annoying self.
She had her arms crossed at her chest, she was waist deep in dirt, "It's about time you three show up." Hera complained. I hissed, "Oh shut up, you old flea bag." I snapped, working on the cage. Leo got started as well, using tools and his fire to break the lock. Leo held a powertool and looked around, "I can't find an outlet."
Tempest neighed and stood beside Leo, Coach translated, "He said plug it into him, you idiot." Leo plugged it in and grinned, "Jason, your horse comes with outlets! Awesome!"
I used Charmspeak and ice to break the lock and put the cage to sleep. I looked at Jason, "Be careful." He nodded and kissed me quickly. Coach Hedge was already guarding us, shouting "DIE!" to every monster that came close.
Hera sunk lower into the dirt, "Hurry, young demigods!" She was stomach deep now. The dirt mount got bigger and started to form. Leo and I tried harder as Jason and Coach Hedge defended us.
Hyperborean Giants were on the battlefield now, blowing icy winds all around. That's what caused the storm. We heard a chunk as something hit the wooden floor, "Thalia!" I heard Jason cry.
I turned around for a split second to see the Hunter frozen in ice. Oh gods, we must hurry.
