Chapter Thirty-Two

(Jason's POV)

Thalia looked at me like I was insane. She walked up and checked the right side of my cheek, where that small scar was. She broke out into a smile, "It really is you," She said. "I remember when you were two years old," She explained, touching my scar gingerly. "You tried eating a stapler." Rocky giggled and winced, the pain in her leg coming back.
Thalia noticed and beckoned one of her Hunters over. "This is our best healer, Phoebe," She introduced then looked at her, "Set a tent here. Take the girl and Satyr inside. I need a talk with my brother." Coach Hedge and Rocky limped behind Phoebe.
Leo looked really uncomfortable, "If you want, I could uhh... Go with my sister." He offered. I shook my head, "You can stay." I hate to admit it, but I was uncomfortable as well. It's been like... A very long time since Thalia and I were together, I wanted someone else there with us, I guess. Thalia didn't seem to care as she sat down in Rocky's old spot.
She studied my face, "You're alive. I'm so happy," She started, her eyes filled with happiness. "When Mom came back, crying, I knew something was wrong. She said that you were taken from her. I searched all over the campsite til she pulled me away." Thalia explained.
"She gave me to Juno, I mean, Hera. Then Hera gave me to Lupa, the she-wolf." I replied. Thalia closed her eyes, as if all this information was hard to sink in. She opened her eyes and touched my cheek gently, "I'm so glad you're alive." I smiled. I knew Leo understood the feeling. He thought his sister was dead, but they found each other, eventually.
Thalia looked out at the mouth of the cave, "That girl... Is she your girlfriend?" I blushed and I knew Leo was hiding his snickering, "Uhh... Uhhh... I guess." Leo raised an eyebrow, "You guess? You haven't asked out my sister yet?"
Thalia chuckled as one of the white wolves came into the cave. It whimpered and barked at Thalia, like it was talking to her. She nodded, her face grim, "We don't have much time. Follow me."

(Rocky's POV)

Phoebe was a very kind girl. She healed my leg like it was nothing. The tent wasn't any old tent, it was like a huge room compressed into a tent. I was soo tempted to ask for the blueprints, but she handed me and Coach two cups of warm hot chocolate. I didn't realize the temperature dropped since we left the mansion.
She also handed me a new set of dry clothes. I thanked her and changed in the other room. They glowed like the other Hunters' clothing. I heard rustling as Thalia came in with Jason and Leo. The boy's jaws dropped and I had to giggle. Thalia knelt down to look at me, "I should've introduced myself. My name is Thalia Grace." She held out her hand.
I shook it, "My name is Roxanne Valdez." She asked Phoebe to give Leo and Jason some hot chocolate and dry clothes. Phoebe wasn't happy at all. I remembered that the Hunters Of Artemis despised boys.
She still gave them each a cup of hot chocolate and a Hunter's jacket. Jason sat next to me and Leo sat on the other side of Coach. I looked up at Thalia after both boys said thanks, "Hey Thalia, can you tell us where Aeolus' palace is?" I asked her. She thought for a moment.
"Yes, I can show you quickly, then I must get back to my Hunters. We were suppose to eliminate Lycaon. That was our mission from our Lady." Thalia explained. She looked at Phoebe, "Make sure the wolves are still on his trail. I will be behind you and will come back as soon as I show them to Aeolus." She ordered.
Phoebe nodded and left. Thalia looked at us, "We should walked a couple of miles til the Hot Chocolate wears off, then rest. I will lead you to Aeolus in the morning." We all nodded, our energy depending on the drinks. Jason looked at Thalia, "Can we have a minute?" He asked.
She nodded, and Jason gently pulled me outside. He held my hands in his, he looked into my eyes, "Rocky, do you want to go out with me?" I smiled big and kissed his lips. He smiled and I pulled away, "Yes, you idiot." Jason laughed and kissed my forehead. I blushed and the others came out of the tent.
Thalia broke down the tent in thirty seconds. Holy Hephaestus, I gotta get the blueprints for that. I glanced at Leo and I knew he thought the same thing. We started walking with Thalia. Jason and I walked side by side, our fingers intertwined, and our hearts beating fast.
