Chapter 4: Plushie Store

The two chinese were currently at a supermarket because the couple instruct them to pick up groceries for the whole week.

"Renjun can we buy that one?" ningning pointed out bag of chips that is placed on the isle where they are located

Renjun face her then nods his head while looking at the grocery list given to him by doyoung.

"What else is missing here? Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Veggies okay!" renjun smiled when all of the items in the grocery list were already in their cart "Ningning put your chips in here, i'll go pay in the counter." he call the said female only to see her getting helped by a samoyed looking guy and a fox-like female because of the massive chips she get.

"Thank you!" ningning said then bow at the two people whom rejun guess is a couple.

The duo smiled at ningning then bow at little as well "we'll go ahead." then they left.

"It looks like you bought the whole isle of chips." renjun said sarcastically

Ningning snide with what the male has said "Tss!"

Renjun is patiently waiting on the queue when his phone rang "Hello jaehyun hyung?" the chinese male respond

"Did you able to buy all of the items on the list?" jaehyun asked the chinese on the line

"Yes hyung." renjun answered double checking the items in the cart.

"Okay oh and don't forget to buy something for yourselves as well." jaehyun reminded him

"It's okay hyung, ningning bought almost all of the chips here." he chuckled while looking at the said female who narrowed her eyes while looking at him as a hint of suspicion

"Alright be careful on your way home both!" jaehyun said before hanging up the phone

Renjun just shakes his head then proceeded on walking on to the line as he saw it moving. After he paid for their grocery, they get a help from the people who works on the grocery since their baggage were quite heavy for the two of them to carry alone.

They were about to go home when both of their stomach growl because of hunger "You wanna eat first?" renjun asked the female then she nods as agreement.

The two of them decided to eat on a fastfood chain in the mall. The eating session was quiet until ningning decided to break the silence.

"Who is this prince of yours renjun?" ningning asked out of curiosity

Renjun's eyes have widened as he look at her then furrowed his brows but inside him were panicked and wondering where on the earth did she get the information about the prince-esque guy he met three years ago.

"What? I'm just curious since I heard you mention this guy prince multiple times, lmao I didn't know you have someone else inside your heart aside from meihui!" ningning said in a teaseful tone

"It's just nothing!" renjun defended himself "and besides, there will not be another person who will own my heart other than her so don't associate with some kind of royalty! I don't even know that guy." He added, of course the last sentence would be kept for himself

"Oh really? If you say so." ningning nods not really believing in renjun's statement

Of course she believe his statement about his love for meihui, I mean they know what his parents have to do for him to be able to make his moving forward stage more manageable. It's just that she knew that this 'prince' guy has something to do with the way renjun talk to his sleep.

Yes, she have heard it a few times when her parents instruct her to wake the chinese male up, she just doesn't want bring that up because she had no chance to.

"Just continue eating, gosh you're giving me early heart attack!" renjun hissed and looking anywhere but ningning

The latter tried to hide her laugh with the way the older act after she mention the code for this mysterious guy in the chinese male's dream.

The chinese duo decided to roam around the mall since it is too early for them to come back home. A plushie store grab ningning's attention that she doesn't hesitate to drag renjun and enter the shop.

Renjun had his eyes on the moonmin and cat plushie displayed on the rack, the chinese male is still contemplating whether he would buy the cute plushies or not but since he heard ningning tell him to get it he eventually give in and took the plushies and pay the toys the two of them bought on the counter.

While waiting for the items to be packed, a group of friends entered the shop laughing but renjun decided not to pay attention. The lady on the cashier gave him the nicely packed items then she take a bow, the boy smiled before he turn his back.

Renjun give a sign to ningning that he already finished paying what they bought and it is time to go home but he immediately got frozen on his feet as he locked eyes with a familiar prince looking figure from a distance, the chinese male could feel his heart beat like the speed of light and his knees starts to feel numb probably because of the overwhelming emotions that makes his system go insane.

Ningning furrowed her brows when she noticed renjun got frozen in his position, the female immediately glance at the direction where renjun is looking.

She saw a tanned looking boy looking in their direction as well and what is more shocking is that the two person who helped her a while ago in the supermarket is with the male who's renjun is having a staring contest with.

"Hey renjun, do you happen to know him?" the female asked while looking back and forth with the two guys

The question instantly regain renjun's conscious state as he quickly runaway to get out of the place making ningning widen her and follow the male outside but she take a glimpse at the three people first who is with the tanned male before storming out totally as well.

"Hey renjun!" she called the older then tap the said male's shoulder as she signal him to stop.

Renjun stop from his tracks when realized that they are already outside the mall. "Do you happen to know that guy?" ningning ask again but this time it's just the two of them.

"No, i don't, let's just go home i'm already tired." the chinese male sternly said

Ningning definitely did not believe him, but she decided not to push through the topic, but that guy definitely has something with the older chinese male.

"Maybe he is this 'prince' of renjun in his dreams." the chinese female mentally noted to herself.
