Chapter 8: Runaway

Renjun decided to return in the convenience store after thirty minutes only to recieve teasing from yuqi.

"He even ask for your name." yuqi said while doing a sly grin on her fellow chinese

Rejun widened his eyes at the female, "What? and you tell him?!" then recieve a shrug from his co-worker

"Well he doesn't seem to cause harm" she said while typing on her phone

Renjun sighed as he stayed quiet, he really can't say anything on why does he runaway from that unknown guy.

"And besides he only know your name, I bet he won't even remember." She said try to compensate with the teasing she did.

The chinese male just wish that to happen, but what if he already tell his friend of his whereabouts? He just look up and let those questions occupy his mind.

In the afternoon, he was being scolded by some costumers because he space out a lot during the time when they paid their items. Heck it's very difficult to focus when you're anxiousness is taking over your system.

When he got home, he was being sarcastically welcome by the chinese female but he is too occupied to entertain her antics.

Until their dinner time, the chinese male is still spacing out because of the events happened early in the morning.

Of course his behavior doesn't get unnotice by the family that is why they decided to interrogate the male since they are together in the dining table.

Doyoung cleared his throat before asking the male. "Care to share what you are thinking?" the said male looked to renjun who is avoiding his gaze

"I'm fine, i'm just tired maybe." he said putting back his attention to the food he barely eat

"We can sense that something is bothering you, did we already told you that you are bad at lying?" jaehyun said in an authoritative tone

Renjun smiled at the remark of the younger in the couple "Yes hyung, too many to mention." remembering the times when he attempted to lied at them

"Or maybe SOMEONE is bothering him." the chinese female spoke out of nowhere

Ningning looked at renjun mouthing 'what' to the older male.

The couple seems like they figured out what their daughter mean with someone and look at renjun who looks ready to get taken by the aliens in the space.

"Mind tell us what happen again?"

Renjun sighed before telling them what happened earlier in his workplace.

"Tsk it seems like your prince charming is very determine to know you AHHAHAAHAA!" ningning said while making funny faces

"He's not my prince charming!" he throw a glare on the female who is in the verge of falling from her seat

"But the guy who ask your name is the small man who looks like a seagull?" well that her best explanation of how the canadian male looks

The three male is trying their best not to laugh with how ningning describe the canadian male's appearance

"Is that really how he looks though?" doyoung ask still holding back his laugh

Ningning shrug "I don't know, that the best way I could explain it."

"Well how about your prince charming though?" jaehyun now ask the older chinese

"Hyung!" renjun sighed thinking in silence since he can straight up tell them that the guy is really gorgeous because they might think he like him.

"But you really like to runaway don't you? It's not like he's going to ask you out, maybe he just wanted to be friends don't you think?" renjun sighed again thinking deeply 'maybe' but he quickly nudge the idea since for him, there is no way a stranger would like to be his friend, they only shared glances that's it.

Renjun just return his attention to food.

Why does he have to go after me?
