Chapter 33: Dream of Him

The couple are now sitting in the living room with renjun's parents seated across them and ningning is having her popcorn as for her this situation felt like a scene from a movie where the parents were about to confront their child's love interest but it feels more exciting as she is experiencing it first hand.

Mr. and Mrs. Huang both had a naughty smirk on their faces making renjun feel uncomfortable with the way his parents act in front of his boyfriend.

"Sooo..." mrs. huang started still having the naughty smirk "Donghyuck, we finally got to meet.." she said having a now having a sneaky grin on her face

The tanned male gulp hard because all the confidence he had the first time he talk to renjun's mother on the phone had faded away.

"Y-yes mrs. huang, it's nice to meet you y-you.." he said closing his eyes

"You already meet?!" mr. huang ask as he felt betrayed that his wife had already meet his son's boyfriend

"Yup, renjun let me talk to him at the phone.." mrs. huang said proudly

Mr. Huang just roll his eyes at his wife then turn his attention to the tanned male who look scared and fidgeting his fingers, so why not scare him more.

"Do you have any job? I mean if you're going to get married with my son, you should have atleast decent work in order for the both of you to live." mr. huang explain seriously but he is cracking up inside seeing his son's boyfriend terrified expression

That's when the chinese male stand up and take a deep breath before speaking "Dad you're scaring my boyfriend with your questions! For pete's sake we just started out our relationship!" he said scolding his father who had a stern look on his face

"Huang Renjun!" renjun's mom called him with a serious tone and the chinese male look at her the same way "You're dad is right, I mean if you two decided to get married someday and you both had no job, would you just love each other?" she said clicking her tounge

"Mom! We are not thinking about getting married yet! As what I have said earlier we just started out our relationship!" he said almost picking up a fight

Mrs. Huang widen her eyes at the attitude shown by her son "You should think about your future!" she stood up and looks like she's getting ready to have a  boxing match with renjun

"As what I have said, we just started out!"

"You're not just going to make-out forever!"

But the tanned male hold his boyfriend's hand then caresses it softly to calm and make him sit down and luckily for him, renjun was able to calm himself for a moment but he can still see the way son and mother hiss at each other like how cats fight.

Meanwhile the chinese female is laughing her heart out silently while witnessing the scene unfold before her very eyes.

Donghyuck silently cleared his throat before answering the questions made by renjun's parents "Yes mr. & mrs. huang, I do have a job." the tanned male said smiling at them

"But I heard you always visit him at work, then how would you be able to do your work properly if you have other priorities aside from it?" mr. huang spoke again

"Yes it's true, but my father let me do whatever I want as long as I knew and i'm aware of what's happening inside their business."

"Do they knew about your relationship with my son?"

"Yes mr. huang, I already introduce him to my parents the other day.."

Renjun's parents have their mouth agape with what the news but quickly put their face back to the serious look they had earlier.
