Chapter 36: Excited

The family and renjun are currently decorating their home since it is winter break and the chrismas season is nearly approaching.

"Wow this is so cute!" ningning said an adoring tone while holding the white christmas snow globes with her both hands.

"Jaehyun help me put this pretty garlands on the tree!" doyoung called his husband who had his mouthful of food in his mouth

Doyoung look at his husband with a 'so done' expression seeing the chicken being devoured quickly.

"That's for lunch." the bunny like male said making jaehyun choke and cough

Jaehyun look at him with an apologetic expression "It's fine babe, don't be sorry it's really for you.." the older said with sarcastic smile then he walk a few steps closer to the former "Because you're not gonna have chicken for lunch anymore!" doyoung whispered clicking his toungd

The chinese duo chuckled at the way the older of the couple scolded his other half who looks like a puppy whom his treats is being taken away because he did something bad. The chinese male put his christmas themed paintings on the wall to add a depth and accents on it.

"Wow renjun your talent in art really comes in handy!" ningning said smiling at the older

Renjun is having his lips curved up hearing the remark from the female chinese but the curve just get bigger when his phone ring and saw the corresponding name in the screen.

"What?" the chinese male ask while biting his lips to stop himself from too much smiling

"I missed you my beautiful bitch."

"We literally just saw each other yesterday." he answered even though he missed the other male as well

"Stop pretending you didn't missed me!"

"Okay okay I missed you!" renjun said playing with his sweater sleeves

"What are you doing now?"

"Decorating the house with the family.."

"Really? We're doing the same!"

"You're there in your family house?"

"Yep they called me here..."

"Okay... Have you eaten already?"

"Not yet, but mom is calling us already.."

"Oh okay, i'll hang up now."

"Okay bye junnie, i love you!"

"I love you too!"

Then renjun hang up.

"These two would give me diabetes!" the chinese female fakely complained

Her parents and the chinese male cackle with her statement then return to what they are doing.

The lunch time comes and doyoung isn't joking when he said that his lover would not get any chicken as he only had vegetable in his plate.

"Why is this so unfair?!" he complained seeing all of them having chicken in their plates

"You have already eaten what's yours right?" doyoung said tilting his head while giving a blank smile on his husband

"I didn't know it was for lunch!"

"Eat what's on your plate jung and stop complaining! it's your fault anyway for eating it before lunch."

Jaehyun just pout then his eyes cought the big piece of chicken on ningning's plate

"I won't give this to you dad even if you pout there until the next day.."
the chinese female said covering her plate protectively then turn her attention to her other father "Papa, can we go to nami island? It's winter and I think it would be fun to go there!" she said with a pleading eyes

Doyoung smiled at his daughter and nod making the chinese female squeal and stand up from her seat and embrace her father from behind tightly.

"Thanks papa! Let's go there with renjun and leave dad here alone!" she said looking at her other father who had his eyes wide then stick her tounge out

"What? No! Your papa won't go there without me!" jaehyun said as he stood up

Ningning laugh wholeheartedly while holding on to her stomach before speaking "Of course you'll be there dad! No one will drive for us since renjun is too lazy! and can we invite yeji too?" she ask her papa with an hopeful eyes

Doyoung smile and nod at his daughter who had her wide smile once again then turn his attention to renjun who is silently eating his food

"You can invite donghyuck too you know! He's not different from us anymore and mark and jeno as well since we have the other car that can fit ten people..."

Renjun's face brightened up  as he heard doyoung's remark then nods at him and return his attention to his food.

"Really? We are going to go there?!"

The chinese male nod even though donghyuck won't see "Yes, and doyoung hyung said to invite mark and jeno as well because I know ningning already called yeji..."

"I'll ask them later.."

"Okay and bring your camera with you! We'll take a lot of pictures!"

"Seems like my beautiful boy is excited to see me.."

Renjun smile while hugging the bear plushie "I guess."

"I'm excited to see you too..."

The couple talk for hours in phone about random things but they mostly talk about their plans going in there...
