Chapter 44: His Heart Will

"Hyuckie, your bitch is here again." renjun said with a sad smile while brushing the tanned male's hair "My days feels so empty without you."

It's been two weeks since the accident happened and renjun never failed to visit his lover every single day, he always tell stories about what is going on with his days even if he knew donghyuck won't respond.

There were days when he would just stay at the hospital for the whole day just to spend time with donghyuck who still show no signs of consciousness.

It has been his daily routine eversince the accident occur.

"Renjun, you can rest for few hours you know." mrs. lee said in worry

"And besides were already here to look after donghyuck." mr. lee added

The chinese male sighed then closes his eyes before nodding at donghyuck's parents.

"Don't deprive yourself from eating and sleeping renjun, donghyuck will scold you once he learned about it." the woman stated sassily

Renjun give them a half smile before laying down on the sofa inside the room where the tanned male is accomodated

"I really feel bad for him sweetheart..." mrs. lee stated looking  sadly at the chinese male who quickly fell asleep as he lay himself on the couch

Mr. Lee nods "The couple living with him told me he's been crying to sleep and keep blaming himself even if we told him not to." he narrated

The woman look at her son with a with tired eyes "Hyuckie, please wake up asap, we already missed you, so is your bestfriends and the family and your lover." she didn't realize that tear were already flowing in her eyes while staring at her son and look at the tired looking renjun

The man caresses her wife's back also having tears in his eyes looking at his son.

While they are staring at donghyuck, the sound of the chinese male sobbing while saying their son's name in his sleep put them in panic.

"He's having nightmares aren't he?" the man ask with a distressed tone

Mrs. Lee immediately come closer to renjun to wake him up "Renjun wake up!" she gently utter while shaking the chinese male

After few shakes, renjun immediately get up from his sleep catching his breath and trembling in fear "I-I dreamed about donghyuck saying goodbye to me!" he speak with his voice shaking then whimper loudly "I t-thought i-it was real..." he added in between his sobs

Mrs. Lee pull him closer to her as she give a warm embrace to the crying male giving him soft kisses and whispering comforting words to him while caressing the chinese male's upper back.

"No renjun, he is fighting for his life! our donghyuck is a fighter he won't give up.. okay?" she whispered while trying to stop herself from shedding tears once again

It's really hard for them watching the lovers' situation, one is fighting for his life then one is almost restricting himself to live.

When the chinese male had already calm down, mrs. lee took the chance to lay him down on the sofa again.

"Donghyuck is staying strong to fight for his life, you should too." mr. lee said

Renjun closed his eyes in exhaustion then wipe the tears scattered in his face before falling into deep slumber.

The family, bestfriends, and donghyuck's parents were staring at renjun with worried and sad eyes watching the way he look uninterested in the food in front of him.
