Chapter 22: Special to Me

The chinese male is now on his usual spot on the convenience store searching for some stuff to purchase online.

"Hey renjun!" Jongin greeted him "How's your vacation?" The manager asked

Renjun look at the manager then smiled a little at him before answering "We had so much fun and the food there is really good!" He said

His manager nods and smile back at him "I would love to go there sometime!" Jongin pronounce

The chinese male smiled at him then turn his attention to the costumer in front of him then take a bow a he finished giving the packed items to the costumer.

He continue to search for items to purchase when someone barge inside the store.

"Mr. Jongin i'm back!" he greeted the manager who is putting price tags on the food items

The chinese male pretended not to hear donghyuck as he doesn't want the tanned male to see the smile on his face when he heard his voice.

"Hey!" donghyuck stood in front of the chinese male then lean his head to take a peek on renjun's phone but to his disappointment, the latter only place the screen in his chest to cover it "Tss its not like i'm going to take your phone away.." he said pouting before attempting to take a peek on renjun's screen who still refuse to show it

"What are you doing here again? Aren't your dad going to look for you?" Renjun ask

"Why are you making me leave again? Aren't we closed friends already?" The tanned male questioned back

The chinese turn his attention now to donghyuck who is pouting cutely at him. "Stop doing that you're not cute.." of course he's lying

"Stop lying renjun! You're bad at it!" Donghyuck stated

"I'm not lying!" He defended

"Okay and you're ugly" donghyuck said smiling

Renjun grimace trying to conceal the smile that is trying to escape from his lips but failed as he looked at the tanned male staring fondly at him.

"Buy something here don't just stare at me!" the chinese male said fake glaring at donghyuck

"Okay..did you have your lunch already?" Donghyuck ask

"Not yet.."

"Let's eat on a café later i'm craving for cheesecake" the tanned male said before going to one of the isle in the store

The chinese male now turn his attention back to his phone and smiled upon random cat meme that appear across his feed.

He stopped scrolling when donghyuck place his purchases in the counter desk "That would be three thousand won." he speak before giving the items to donghyuck who is smiling teasingly at him "What?" he ask giving the tanned male a confused look

"None, just come with me later." Donghyuck said before heading to a seat

There was a silence covering in between as the two of them doesn't bother to speak while waiting for their foods to arrive until the chinese male's phone rang.

He looked at the phone to see who's calling him and answer immediately with a confused face.

"Hello mom? is there any problem?"

Donghyuck turn his attention to renjun but still remain quiet listening to the chinese male's voice

"None."
