Present Day- Kagome's Time

"Class, we have a new student. Kikari, here are your classmates. Take a seat next to...Kagome." Kagome's teacher announced.
There was an empty seat beside Kagome. Oh great, I'm stuck sitting next to the new kid, she thought.
"Who's Kagome?" she asked. Kagome raised her hand.
Kikari took her seat, and sat beside Kagome.
"Hi, I'm Kikari." she said politely.
"Hi. So you're new? Which school did you go to before you came here?" Kagome asked Kikari.
"I was homeschooled, then I decided to come here," Kikari said sadly.
I don't know what to say, Kagome thought. She smiled at Kikari. "That's good you came here. Did you have any friends when you were in homeschool?"
"...no." she answered sadly.
Kagome didn't know what to say after that, other than she feels bad for her.
Kikari stood up from her seat.
It looked like the had something on her back...a wolf symbol? Kagome thought.
"I let them take over my body..." Kikari whispered.
