InuYasha stared in awe. There was a human girl inside the radiant bubble. Suddenly, InuYasha saw a pink haired guy trying to force his way through the bubble.
"LUCY! YOU'RE STRONGER THAN THIS! I KNOW IT!" The boy screamed.
InuYasha and Kagome hid behind the bushes until daybreak. The pink haired guy was worn out, and so far, he was really pissed off.
By daybreak, InuYasha was back to his normal self, full fledged half demon.
InuYasha approached the boy. Kagome followed, and whispered,"Don't be too hard on him. It looks like that's his girlfriend inside that bubble."
InuYasha looked at her and nodded.
"Do you want some help?" InuYasha asked the pink haired boy reluctantly.
"Lucy....LUCYYY!" He went back to fighting the bubble, only he dived inside it!
"Is he insane?!" Kagome and InuYasha exclaimed.
"I'm going to give him a hand," InuYasha said determined. "Don't even think about using your arrows. It may destroy the girl inside."
Kagome nodded. "I'll try my best to help without my arrows."
InuYasha nodded, then drew his sword. Maybe the Red Tetsusiga will break it. It feels like a strange barrier, but it's not demonic aura. It smells like sweet ninja snacks and evil, InuYasha thought.
"Hey, do you want some help?" InuYasha asked the pink boy again.
"Please...save Lucy. She's the only one I've got right now." He half sobbed and pleaded.
"I'll try my best," InuYasha reassured. "Red Tetsusiga, don't fail me." Then, InuYasha slashed his sword on the edge of the sweet/bitter smelling barrier.
Suddenly, the radiacy of the barrier was brighter than ever. There was a sudden silence before the light subsided. A girl lay on the ground in front of Pink-Boy. He ran to her, picking up her head gently.
He stroked her hair. "Lucy, I'll never let that monster touch you, not as long as I live." He sobbed.
"We're sorry to interrupt, but what monster is after you?"
Pink-Boy looked up. His face was covered in tears. "This monster, Acnologia, is a mastodonic Dragon whose entire upper body is covered in black, round, scales. They are decorated by spiraling, blue markings. His lower body, inner tail, and legs, are a gray color. He's the Dark Dragon, a pet of Zeref." He explained.
"Sounds like a demon to me," InuYasha shrugged.
"He's not, but Zeref is. He's the controller of the first type of known magic that makes up today's existing magics." Pink-Boy explained again.
"Hmm. Maybe we can take it down together-uh...I didn't ask your name earlier. What is it?" InuYasha asked.
"Natsu Dragneel, the son of the Fire Dragon, Igneel."
"HE'S THE SON OF A DRAGON?!" Kagome exclaimed.
"Yep," Natsu said proudly. "What are your names again?"
I'm InuYasha, a half demon, and this is my girlfriend, Kagome."
"Hi! It's nice to meet someone whose related to a dragon than a demon," Kagome teased.
"HE'S THE SON OF A DEMON?! COOL! Did you slay any demons? Any giving you trouble?" Natsu said speedily.
"I do slay demons, but none giving me trouble. Did you want to have some shelter? I'm sure Kagome would treat your friend there," InuYasha pointed to the blonde laying near Natsu's feet.
