Arc 1 Chapter 1.3 ( Sealed School of Demons )

Late at night , the bleak wind passed through the window as it brushed upon Zone's face . It made him shiver as a guy who couldn't sleep properly from fright .

The sounds of knives passing through the metal bars resonated in the corridor as sounds of footsteps could be heard occasionally . The Demons' Night Hunt has begun .

They preys are now shivering while the predators are still leisurely strolling with confidence and creepy smiles .

A high ponytailed woman sucking on a red lollipop strolled on the green field as his long katana rubbed on the ground while she walks forward .

Sounds of metal colliding suddenly rang out as Reina deflected the knife thrown at her .

" Hehe , aren't you disrespectful Kang-Dae-ssi~ " Reina teased as he moved her sword to the side .

Kang-Dae walked out of the shadow as his knuckles shone in the light .

The long haired man , Kang-Dae smiled . " you're also hunting for the points? "

Reina lazily rolled her eyes . " I want to buy a new katana since this friend's already rusty . "

The points you will get after killing someone midnight would be spent to buy your needs or wants . There are a lot of ways to get points or credits but killing is the easiest way for a hunter like Reina who doesn't have a thought on servicing and completing missions from the ruthless teachers .

But killing actually wasn't easy , as there are a lot of dragons and phoenixes lurking in the shadows .

You might possibly meet someone stronger than you . So Hunters have to be vigilant or they might fall prey by a stronger Hunter .

" Where's your shota? I have not seen him visiting you though? "

Reina raised her brows and chuckled. " Grade 10 students earlier were on their Body Training Session so that little Zone must have been training and doesn't have time to visit this old woman . "

Kang-Dae's lips twitch when he heard Reina addressing herself as an old woman when she's clearly still in her 20's .

" I'll go hunting , good luck "

Rein giggled and hugged Kang-Dae . She stole a kiss from his lips and ran towards the darkness with a mischievous expression still on .

Licking his lips which was eaten by the mischievous woman . Kang-Dae chuckled , he knew that woman has feelings towards him . But even if that woman indeed likes him , he still has to be vigilant . It's no longer a rare occurrence that beauty was used to poison someone in this school .

There have been suicide cases last year due to depression and heartbroken by the break up of their relationship with their lover .

Who wouldn't yearn for love in this kind of bleak place? Everyone wanted to feel how it feels to be protected . Kang-Dae could only silently accept the woman's flirts while being satisfied inwardly he's a coward indeed , but he's only doing this to avoid getting hurt .

Hopefully , he would someday escape from this hell and live a normal life with his future wife and children .

Back at R3-07 , Zone climb down from his bed and went to the mini dispenser to drink water . He feels cold all over his body .

Then his eyes landed on Jiro's sleeping body . He walked over and leaned . Zone gulped before deciding to sleep beside this man . Jiro introduced himself as a strong guy , he is capable of defending himself from assassins so he decided to sleep beside him .

Hopefully no one would open their door to assassinate them .

Jiro slowly opened his eyes , he look at the petite man shivering from the cold air .
