My Past Lives' Regrets

Chapter 69

Author's note : i know that the end of the arc 6 was abrupt , but i did that because i realized that the story was progressing really slow and the real plot has not yet pushed forward. It will only become really boring if i keep on narrating the love story of the main characters. I wrote this story out of impulse and i actually did not write a note or any outline , i am still inexperienced and i know that myself.

Zone was suddenly woken up by a defeaning sound of the alarm clock . Zone sat up abruptly and opened his eyes . He felt somehow weak and groggy , unlike the times where he always feel light and energetic .

Zone roamed his eyes around and suddenly narrowed his eyes in suspicion .

The room he found himself in is not the dark space where he was confined by Lucifer to hand over his tail . He looked down to his arms and saw no such chains . His eyes widened dazely and pinched his cheeks.

" This is real . "

The tail , the tail he carefully hid using the system space worked. When Uno died , the system he hold disappeared and returned back to him , enabling him to hide his tail inside the system space. He successfully turned back time.

Zone felt emotional and covered his faced with his palm . The man started sobbing and cried.

" Finally ... Finally . " Zone chuckled delightedly and smiled .

Zone would never let the curse affect him again. He would never hurt Jiro again. In this timeline , he would do everything to protect his love ones.

Right now , Zone is still clueless as to which time he has travelled to . Zone immediately turn to the side to get his phone . Opening it using his thumb print , he immediately moved his eyes to the time and looked at the history of his contacts.

- My Girlfriend ( Shiela ) -

" So this is the world where i died before i transmigrated to the Sealed Demon School. " He muttered .

As far as he could remember , Jiro was probably still in the ancient world as a general. The problem is , Zone couldn't recall the coordinates of that world anymore . Centuries after centuries had already passed and he couldn't recall that single world's location anymore. Among the countless worlds in the space , there's no way he could remember every single one of them.

Even if he is a god , his mental power were already damaged by the passing times . He spent most of his time inside that dark space and he was almost driven mad by his longing for his husband.

The phone in his hand suddenly ring bringing him back to reality. He looked down on his phone and saw a message .

- My girlfriend ( Shiela ) : Ok

Zone raised his brows as he couldn't understand why Shiela replied that kind of word. He immediately scrolled up and only then did he remember that Shiela asked him before if he wants to meet under the acacia tree. Zone could see in the history that he refused in order to surprise her with his marriage proposal. Shiela's work place is near the acacia tree that they always meet often times , so Shiela couldn't avoid passing by there.

Zone remembered that he died because of heart attack there. Remembering that time , Zone immediately stood up and entered the bathroom to wash up and prepare.

Running towards the acacia tree , he walked under it's shadow and waited. A few hours passed and the two silhouettes of the cheaters flashed across his eyes .

Zone immediately hid behind the bush and kept silent . A sweet voice rang out as two pairs of footsteps stopped at the place where Zone originally was .
