Arc 6 Chapter 6.5 ( The little mermaid and the marshal)

Zone suddenly panicked and his expression softened. He smiled wryly and looked at the little mermaid tenderly. "Sorry, do I look scary?"

The little mermaid stopped crying and nodded slowly. Zone burst into laughter, hugged the basin, and rubbed the top of the merman's head with his fingertips.

Zone lifted the basin and stepped out of his room . He smiled at the little mermaid and spoke.  " From now on , you'll be called Rian . "

The golden haired mermaid propped himself on the edge of the basin and stared at the marshal . " I'm Rian . "

" Yes "

Rian muttered his name repeatedly looking so cute and adorable until they arrived at a pool . " Your dwelling is already completed . "

This pool is not an ordinary pool . There's a device attached to it that artificially creates waves like how the sea water moves . There is also a soil layed below and sea plants dancing along the waves . Shells , Clams , little fishes , shrimps , sea horses and etc. swam in the artificial sea . The little mermaid was attracted by the appearance of the pool who doesn't look like a pool anymore . Zone really payed a lot of attention about the place he's going to inhabit .

Rian had thought that Zone didn't visit him these past few days was because he already lost interest on him . He didn't expect that he was actually also busy arranging his dwelling . Rian's eyes staring at Zone became more appreciative and loving causing Zone's face to darken .

He wanted to swallow Rian whole this time .

But he can't ... He is still tiny .

Let him grow a bit more before they do that .

Zone released the mermaid into the pool . He spent quite a lot of money designing this pool but he was already satisfied with this . " Was the pool to your liking? "

Rian smiled brightly and nodded his head . " Yes! Thank you!!! "

Zone crouched down beside the pool and leaned over . " How about giving your marshal a reward? "

Rian blinked his eyes in confusion. " What reward? "

" A Kiss "

" A kiss!!!!!? " Rian screamed and covered his little lips subconsciously .

Zone pouted in disappointed . " You don't want to? "

Rian blushed then shyly shook his head . " Human , I'm shy . "

" Just call me marshal . "

Rian nodded . " Marshal , I'm shy ."

Zone chuckled and grinned like a play boy . " You don't need to be shy . We're the only people here . No one can see us . "

Zone stating such words that way made it sound like they were having a secret affair .

The guy who was in charge of monitoring . " ... " I'm blind ...

Who would have expected that their Marshal was this shameless when alone? They were used to see his domineering , cold personality .

But who is this playboy taking advantage of a little mermaid he is seeing in the monitor ?

" Come on , give this marshal a kiss . "

The little mermaid wriggled his body like a shy maiden then slowly swam to the edge of the pool before giving the marshal a quick peck on the cheeks . When the marshal suddenly moved and caught his lips .

"!!!! " Rian

The little mermaid immediately swam away in panicked while blushing furiously . Zone felt the fluctuations in the soul contract and burst out of laughter .
