[Sonic Boom|Shadow x Reader] Y/n the Robot Miniseries (Part 2)

[Got bored, changed the love interest back to the edgelord himself. Forgive my characterisation, I slept through some of his few appearances.]

Date of Origin: Monday, 19th July 2021

[The beach near the workshop, Y/n has a busted up leg but she's trying to walk on it regardless. She's clumsy, at best, but still pretty happy, she still can't feel physical pain.]

Y/n: *humming a little robotically, trying to remember the song her friend taught her, before crashing headfirst into someone* "Oof!" *tumbles into the sand* "My apologies! I should really pay more attention!"

S: *helps her up, silently*

Y/n: "Thank you!" *smiles softly, stepping back a little* "Just a moment, I wouldn't want to get sand in your fur." *strong puff erupts from her joints, surrounding her with sand as she giggles* "That's better!"

S: *barely flinches, eye catching on her oddly bent leg that she isn't putting any weight on* "You're standing strangely. Why?"

Y/n: "Oh, I tore what would be your equivalent of a ligament during my training last week."

S: "Training?"

Y/n: "Oh, yes! You see, my friends have been set the task of protecting the village, and I would also like to take up that mantel. May I show you what I've recently mastered?"

S: "Sure."

Y/n: *grabs his hand/arm gently*

S: *blushes but plays it off*

Y/n: "I'll be gentle." *flips him violently over her head, landing him on his back in the sand*

S: *coughs, the wind knocked out of him*

Y/n: "Eep! That had a little more power than I intended! My apologies!" *helps him up, shaking sand from his fur*

S: "You're not organic then?"

Y/n: *still holding his arm* "No, no. I'm an android! Are you OK?"

S: "Fine."

Y/n: "Oh, good! When I did this to Sonic I put him in bed for a week..."

S: *laughs a little*

Y/n: "Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?"

S: "No, but I believe I can help your leg."

Y/n: "Really? But, Tails said we couldn't get the parts in for another week..."

S: "I know a workaround. Do you have a workshop?"
