1 week later...

SAIKI'S POV:
'y/n has been avoiding me for a week now..what's wrong with her?' I pondered as I walk through the empty hallway

I saw a silhouette at the end, a female figure drawing something on her notebook

"y/n.." I mumbled under my breath as I ran towards the figure and tackled them in a embrace, they let out a noise of shock as they tried to push me off of them

"Saiki.?" Y/n muttered, I buried my face into their chest 'Why are you ignoring me?' I telephatically asked as her breath hitched

Y/n pushed me off her "s..saiki I can't" y/n said under her breath, with slight hesitance as I closed the gap between us, inching closer and closer as she took steps back "What do you mean?" I asked, and she turned away

"I'll talk to you later" Y/n said before running away, leaving me confused 'h..huh?'

Timeskip to later..

Y/n immediately ran out the classroom as soon as the bell rang, I hurriedly chased after her

'Y/n stop!' I said running after her 'No!' y/n replied, running faster this time 'Lets talk about this!' I held her shoulder, grip tightening when she tried to run away again

Y/n stopped resisting and let out a heavy sigh "Let's talk about this privately.." y/n said whisper-shouting enough for me to hear as I nod in agreement

She led me to her house, the whole journey there was silent. It was like you could hear a pin drop at how silent we were in this situation.

We went inside her room, and she locks it behind her. Staring at me the whole time while I sat on her bed, patting the spot beside me as she reluctantly made her way next to me.

She took a deep breath before speaking "We need to talk.." she started as I tilted my head "What about?" I asked, with slight hesitance. "Our relationship.." Y/n emphasized relationship, reminding me that we weren't actually anything at all besides partners in tricking teruhashi. I nodded, gesturing her to continue as she cleared her throat.

"We should break it off" Y/n spoke, making my eyes widen in surprise "Why?" I asked, anxiously awaiting her answer "It's becoming real.." Y/n said as I furrow my brows

"What do you mean? I don't understand" I asked again, visibly confused as y/n bit her lip

"I'm falling inlove with you!" Y/n confessed, making my mouth agape "I-I can't deny it! I know you only see me as a friend, Thats w..why I'm going to break this off!" Y/n exclaimed as tears prickled her eyes, she gritted her teeth as she looked away from me.

"This deal is over, the only thing I want you to do is say yes"  Y/n wiped away her tears as she bit the inside of her cheek, I couldn't form any words to say to her at the moment.

My body moved unconsciously, I leaned forward and felt a soft pair of lips on my own..I was kissing y/n!

Y/N'S POV:
Saiki was kissing me! Our lips moved in a surprisingly smooth rhythm as saiki pulled away for air, letting out stiffled breaths as he covered his mouth and looked away. His face was almost the same shade as his hair by now, even the tips of his ears were turning red.

"Why did you-" I got cut off by saiki's embrace, I didn't say anything and rubbed soothing circles on his back as we stayed like that for a few minutes 'I..I love you' saiki confessed as i felt a liquid on my shoulder, he was crying ?!

"Hey..hey it's okay!" I tried to calm him down, patting his back as he loosened his grip, his breathing became steady and he looked up at me. Still having his arms around my waist as his face was just above my chest.

He suddenly pecked my lips "May I call you my real girlfriend now?" He asked, tilting his head a bit as he waited for my answer "Are you sure..?" I asked back, he nodded quickly after
"Then, my answer is.."

SAIKI'SPOV:
'what if she says no' 'what if she doesn't want me?' 'what if she's still unsure if she can trust me?'

I overthinked, anxiously anticipating her answer as a minute passed by. She must've noticed because she cupped my cheeks to get my attention "Yes!"

I was happy to hear that, my lips slowly curved into a smile.

I can call y/n my real girlfriend now

"Kusuo" I blurted out, making y/n look at me with a confused face "Call me by my first name..I'm yours now" I said as I buried my face into her chest in an attempt to hide how I was blushing my brain off right now.

"I love you, kusuo" Y/n said as she stroked my hair, making me lean into her touch as she chuckled "You're mine now and I'm your's!" Y/n beamed, I raised my head and extended my hand towards her face

"That's so corny" I deadpanned, flicking her forehead as she winced "You ruined the moment kusuo!" Y/n pouted but it quickly change into a smirk

"You better repay me by treating me to some food" Y/n cheekily said as she wrapped her arms around my neck, my hands snaking around her waist as I chuckled at her giddiness and patted her head gently "Fine" 

She smiled at me widely, Her eyes filled with love and admiration. I couldn't help but look back at her with empathy, I felt warmth and safety as she had her arms around me.

If I could, I'd never leave her embrace.
