The small figure finally emerged from the blanket with an annoyed expression, disheveled hair and droopy eyes, and reached out a hand to stop the alarm clock.

The ringing continued.

"Ugh why isn't it stopping already"

Ever after slamming the stop button several times, the annoying loud ringing sound still continued.

"The heck with this clock today"
Now sitting on her bed with the blanket being turned into a little dark tent, she tried to focus and examine the clock with her half closed eyes, her fingers tired of pressing the same button for over three minutes.

"What's wrong with this clock, is it broken-"

"CHOI SEUNG!!! IF YOU DON'T WANT ME TO COME TO YOUR ROOM, STOP THAT DAMNED CLOCK OF YOURS WITHIN THE NEXT MINUTE!"

Eyes now wide open, she tried to stop the clock with all her might, pressing the button in a frantic manner in hopes of stopping it, but it seemed to no avail.

"Just screw it!"
With that saying the clock flew out of the window and after some seconds the ringing finally stopped.

Seung let out a deep sigh. That was the third alarm clock that she brought with her savings three weeks ago, due to the previous clocks not lasting a month. It was costly this time, so she ended up using a good amount of her savings from the previous month.

Since it was pricey, high hopes were set that it would last for some years and the design was really pretty. And that dealer was pretty convincing about the alarm clock.

All turned into a case of scamming.

Guess she wouldn't be getting another one anytime soon and would have to rely on her phone for a while again, which barely makes any sound.
