ADRIANA KENDRICKS

I'm beside April and her boyfriend on the couch.

This guy walks in. His eyes are on me. Even when I look at him to scare his gaze off me.

'Doesn't he have a girlfriend?' I whisper to April as soon as Xavier leaves.

'That's Ace and no, he doesn't,' she replies. I sigh.

'Well, he'd better gotten his eyes off me,' I say.

'And you'd better stopped being hot,' she replies.

'Thanks,' I reply.

'It was a warning not a compliment,' she laughs.

'My ex boyfriend threatened me,' I tell her.

'What did he say?' she asks.

'He said he'll kill me alongside my next boyfriend,' I reply.
She scoffs.

'Not if Claire's brother is your next boyfriend,' she says. I'm not really certain who Claire's brother is.

'That's a laugh,' I reply.

'That bitch can't do anything to you. These guys have got your back,' she assures me.

'Hi,' the guy who'd been staring at me - Ace says.

'Hey,' I reply.

'I'm Ace,' he says.

'Adriana,' I reply. April gives him a knowing gaze. He smirks.

'Were you the girl Claire and April brought to the party days ago?' he asks.

'Yes,' I boldly say. On the inside, I'm a nervy wreck. He's about to tell me how much I goofed, isn't he?

'Then you must be looking for Brion,' he says.

I'm still not certain anyways but I think following up what's happened and the mentions of his name, I think I know him now.

'Actually, I came to meet April and Claire,' I say basically.

'Okay, cutie. I'll be seeing you around, won't I?' he asks.

I squint and shake my head. He smirks, bites his lower lip lecherously and leaves.

'He's trying to flirt with you,' April says, 'the Ace I know doesn't date.'

'Well, he's losing,' I reply.

I see the same hot guy that gave me his sweat pants walk down the stairs.

He's shirtless.

He's hot. April catches me staring at him.

'Brion. Claire's brother. Heard you guys got to know each other at the party,' she says.

'Brion, remember Adriana?' she asks him.

He rolls his eyes.

'No,' he says and walks out the door.

I'm standing behind the couch when he walks in again. I'm redoing April's bun.

He suddenly looks at my posterior bulging out through my shorts as if saying hi.

He rolls his eyes and walks to the sink.

Whatever.

I go over to speak with him after April goes upstairs.

BRION IVOR

'Hi,' she says. It's the girl who has dressing problems.

'What?' I ask.
