Sabo started laughing." It sure is. Who would've thought your system was so good you'd only feel the side effects."

Ace took the joint from Zoro." Aren't you looking at this all wrong boss. Doesn't this mean you can eat all you want without worrying about being full."

He paused to take a hit."

"I mean if anything we can just grow stronger strains, but until then you could just smoke joints all day to stay hungry."

Beerus, Sabo, and Zoro froze." Ace, that might be the smartest thing you've ever said."

"I know." Ace said blowing out smoke.

Beerus and the crew was gathered at a long table with Beerus at the head."report."

Barto stood up." The underground businesses have been going well though we had a rocky start due to failed coups trying to take over after the change in management."

"Give me some details on the smuggling."

"The smuggling trade makes its profits from buying guns from corrupt Marines and selling them to other gangs and Revolutionaries on the island."

Beerus raised an eyebrow." What about other places."

"Until now there wasn't enough ships or manpower to spread to other islands and countries."

"Get two decent size ships from the boat yard and prepare your crew to siege other smuggling businesses in the 4 blues. Take Law and his crew with you."

"Yes boss." Barto said sitting down.

"What about the legal side?" Beerus asked.

This time Sabo stood." The Casino and Boat yard are doing better then ever. When I took over there were a lot to of neglected things that hindered the business but now profits have risen by 50%."

"Good, good. Keep an eye on the boat yard, when we get back from our expedition we'll be sending a-lot of stolen boats and blueprints there so things need to be in top shape."

"Got it boss." Sabo said sitting down.

"Second but not last what's going on with the slaves we rescued."

It was Robins turn to speak." The rescued slaves have been living on the second ship and have been getting food and water for the past week. Those who wanted to leave have been aloud to go though there wasn't many as the rest feel in debt to you and have vowed to serve you."

"Hmm. After this meeting me, Zoro, and Sabo will go pay them a visit. With so many they'll need a leader which means another member of the main crew."

"Got it Boss." Robin said sitting down.

"And the last discussion for this meeting is your crews. Each crew will have the same rules as the main one. If a member wants to move up in ranks then they'll have to fight for the spot. This includes general spots, first mate spot, and Captain spot. "

"Sabo your crew will focus on espionage, Zoro yours will be the heavy hitters, Sanji will teach them cooking, Robin Archaeology, Nami navigation, Ace frontman, Barto will have the gangsters and thugs, and Law will have doctors. Outside of that your welcome to do what you want with them. Understood?"
