In the desert Beerus was standing across from Monkey. In the past 6 months Monkey had grown 2 feet and beefed up a little. He now wore a black suit, black shades, and a katana strapped to his back.

"Alright, last fight of the day then we're heading home." Beerus said cracking his neck.
Monkey nodded.
He put his hands behind his back." Begin!"
Appearing behind Beerus in a burst of speed Monkey slashed downward. Moving out the way he kicked him in his chest.
Flying backwards Monkey flipped to recover and pulled two pistols out his jacket. Firing as he was running at Beerus he threw them away, jumped and threw a kick.
The blow being blocked Moneky landed and swept at Beerus legs. Jumping over the kick Beerus began floating in the air.
Monkey threw his katana at his head to which Beerus moved to the side letting it fly past.
Appearing where the Katana was Monkey landed a clean back kick on his head. Backflipping onto the ground he looked at Beerus who didn't have a scratch on him.
"Not bad, not bad. Though you'll have to try harder then that it you wanna be the Vice Captian." Beerus said landing on the ground.
Monkey smirked and reached behind his back pulling out two bombs.
"You crazy bastard."
Throwing the bombs monkey ran into the smoke launching surprise attacks at Beerus from different angles. Having enough Beerus sighed blowing away the smoke.
"Enough attacking lets see your defense."
Beerus POV
Appearing in front of Monkey I Sparta kicked his head sending him skidding back.
Barley blocking the kick he grabbed my ankle and twisted it.
Following the momentum I switch to my other foot and kicked him into the ground.
After a few second Monkey was still laying down. Flipping him over he had swirls in his eyes and drool leaking out his mouth.
"Did I get stronger." I thought picking him up and flying back to Alabasta .
