You'd think she'd have been stuck on her bed that morning, but no, she couldn't have jumped off her bed faster than a cheetah chasing its prey.

"Lady Katerina, how've you slept? Are you-" started Lucille, though unheard,

"Sorry Lucille! I have to check the um, the.. ballroom? Yes, the ballroom, clumsy me left something of importance last night." Katerina exhaled, slightly pushing aside Lucille as she dashed down the set of stairs.

Keep in mind, It was very early in the morning.

She had not left anything in the ballroom last night; in fact, she hadn't visited the ballroom in quite a bit. Not since she'd finished her ballroom dancing and etiquette "class."

Katerina ran, instead, to Mary and Isobel's chambers. Without knocking she invited herself in.

"Mary? Isobel? Are you two awake?"

"Kat? What're you doing? Aren't you supposed to be resting?" Isobel said, grogginess filling her voice.

"I can't seem to fall asleep." Katerina responded, dropping to the floor and laying down. Very "un-queen-like" her mother would say if she'd ever see her in this position.

Isobel got up, slightly disoriented, and sat next to Katerina on the floor. "Hm, shall we do something then?" Isobel queried, yawning.

"We should. But first, I should wake Mary up, I have a plan" Katerina said with a smirk.

Of course, as Katerina had been running around the castle; Elijah had too, been on his own rendezvous.

He hadn't slept at all. Not once did he lay on his bed. Not once did he enter his suite that night. He'd been alone with his thoughts .

Elijah had been secretly hanging out with one of the many bunnies living around the castle. One of the bunnies, who he had chosen to name Sol, followed him around the garden.

He practiced talking to Katerina on Sol, who kept acting like a human, which made Elijah feel like he'd finally lost his mind, but then went along with it.

When he would crack a joke, Sol would laugh out her whiskers, and with a big, loose-rolling sound, would lay on the garden floor, as if signaling him to make more jokes.

Elijah smiled at this, petting Sol.

Sol would then-and-now curl up against Elijah when he yawned. Twitching her nose when it collided with his leather jacket.

Eventually, Elijah stood up from the garden floor, and reluctantly waved goodbye to Sol, though he knew he'd most likely see her again.

Elijah headed to his suite, deciding it to be best to bathe and get himself dressed.

After taking his bath, he chose black pants and a blazer, along with a white collared long-sleeve shirt and patterned tie. This is what he would be wearing to Katerinas coronation; he had the hope of picking something that would compliment whatever dress Katerina chose.
